Helpful and kind
The nebroo people were the finest in helping find the perfect hearing aid. It was a delight to deal with them. I ordered my first set and they were too large for my ears. They sent me another set and they were also too large because of my ear. It seems that one hearing canal isn't shaped properly. No doctor ever figured that out. But the nebroo customer service went above and beyond. Even though I can't wear them, I have passed them on to other people and they love them. In all my years I have never seen a company that was so helpful and kind. Thank you all.

I have had hearing aids for ten years……
I have had hearing aids for ten years… those were the days of the expensive ones. We found Nebroo on FB and decided to try it. The customer service is amazing. They answer quickly and are so kind. As a classical, professional musician i also really enjoyed the music that played as I waited on the phone. I love having my hearing aids on Bluetooth, then I can hear the TV, my phone and my friends so much better. Thankyou Nebroo.

Their website says “satisfaction guaranteed “. When we tried to return the hearing aids it was an incredibly difficult process. They wouldn’t give us a return number, they continued to try to make us keep them (they hurt my husband’s ears and continually chirped), they made an offer of $30.00 for us to keep them, raising it to $50.00. They put us on hold so they could “talk to their supervisor “. We were on the phone with them for about 45 minutes. When we finally got the return number they then said we had to send them pictures of what we were returning, pictures of the USPS tracking number, we had to put the order number and tracking number on the package, which had to be sent to their return warehouse in CANADA. The cost to ship internationally was $20.00 and could not be sent certified mail because of the international address (their company has a 512 area code which is in Texas). They do not reimburse you for returning the item. They said if everything wasn’t returned exactly as it was shipped then there would be no refund. They also said that it would take several weeks for the refund after they received the package and made sure everything was done correctly.
The entire return process was intended for us to just give up and forget about returning them. We will see if we ever get a refund. If not, the charge will be denied with our credit card company.

I had ordered hearing aids from Nebroo and I am impressed with the product that I received. The service I received from customer service was quickly evaluated and determined that the aid was not working as it was meant to. A great service representative (Reese) was very helpful and after efforts to correct the issue,she made a replacement order to ship me a new set of aids at no cost of any kind. I have now received the replacement and I am well satisfied with my entire experience. Thank You, Reese you are an asset to the company you represent.

My Nebroo Hearing Aids
I have been wearing my Nebroo hearing aid's now for more than a year. I am very impressed with them. They fit comfortably in my ears and do not give off the annoying squealing sound that other products I tried did. I like the feature of being able to change the setting when you are in different places like restaurants, outdoors, or large crowds. I definitely give this product five stars.

Had a wonderful experience with Shyra a Nebroo customer service rep. Very well, spoken and knowledgeable about the process. Her understanding and empathy with my order being stolen from my residence was heartwarming. I so look forward to receiving my new hearing aids Shyra went above and beyond to make sure my satisfaction was achieved. Nebroo is lucky to have such a dedicated employee.

Nebroo Sour Smell.
When I ordered the hearing aids from my TV, they said I would get a phone number to call. I did get an email. But when I emailed them, then I got a receipt, and a phone number. But the receipt said they had charged me over $700.00. I thought I was paying $300.00. I also do not like the fishing technique they used for the sale. They were advertizing $100.00 hearing aids, but would not let you go until they made you buy other things, and that process was long and deceptive. So I tried to cancel the order, and waited for a long time then they asked me to leave a message. So far I haven’t received a call back. My advice is don’t do business with Nebroo.
