I use the Nebula grande juicer every day, to make 2 pints of juice for a number of family members. The juice consists of a variety of fruit and veg, including carrots which are notoriously tough on juicers. Our juicer is now well out of warranty and I got in touch with Nebula to source a replacement part. They couldn't have been more helpful and within days I had the required part, free of charge. Easy to order replacement strainer, quick delivery so good experience altogether

Promptly sent. Very well packaged, including a screw driver for stand assembly. The light is very compact and easy to move around. Was recommended to me by a friend. Very pleased with the light and would recommend this company.

The red therapy light is sturdily made and easy to use. Just plug in and decide if you want one option of both. I am using it daily to support my kidneys

Good service and product

These were 1000w red light panels. They were very well packaged and were quickly delivered. The product is high quality. While some more thinking is required on the part of the company to improve modularity for having panels side by side etc, they are making good progress. These may seem like dated technology but 660nm and 850nm are also used by the NovaThor bed which costs $150,000. I have no need for touch screens orctimers as my mobile phone can do that, and the idea of an electronic control system when a simple switch will suffice is terrible. They are working well and one of the two is running upside down without any problems so far. Highly recommended.

I’ve used the juicer once so far, it’s quiet, easy to use and makes delicious juice. User instructions are concise & clear. It’s easy to take apart & clean too.

I ordered a Nebula travel mug on 5th February 2024 via Amazon which was received 2 days later.
A year to the day of the order, the mug suddenly stopped charging.
I reached out to customer services that evening and had a lovely email from Jessica the next morning asking if we could send a video of the issue. I didn't have the mug to hand at the time but sent it to her upon my return from work.
This morning she has already reviewed it and agrees it's faulty and dispatched a replacement.
The service was top notch, especially as it was a year since the order and I expected to be told to jog on.
5 star service, especially from Jessica, and I will be purchasing more products soon!

Amazing product - highly recommended

At first I was afraid to order because I had never heard of this company, but the efficient customer service that patiently answered my questions convinced me. Fast shipping, item packed professionally. The lamp looks professionally made, but I will only know about its effectiveness after a few treatments.

I purchased the 1000w red light a few months ago and have only got round to using it recently. I’m finding it fabulous, definitely helps my mood and I’m excited to see what other health benefits will come in the near future. But what I can say is the customer service of Nebula appliances are the absolute best I’ve ever worked with. I cannot commend them enough, absolutely fantastic. Have absolutely no hesitation buying from this company, they are extremely good.

Good communication and arrived on time

I absolutely love this dehydrator. Iv been slowly making more healthy choices and this machine sure helps. It's compact abit smaller then your microwave. Digital timers. You can do several batches at once.I have only made fruit leather so far. So many possibilities. Can't wait to for this journey.
