Pretty Dresses!
I recently ordered a couple of foil detail dresses from Needs No Label, and I’m really impressed! The quality is great, and the foil detailing is beautiful.
My order was dispatched the same day and arrived really quickly. Overall, I’m really happy and will definitely buy from Needs No Label again.

I absolutely love these dresses but sadly size 12 is too small for me so have to send them back however I have ordered exactly the same in larger size - if there was an orange in size 14 I would buy that too but they only have 18 which is too big

The quality and sizing did not meet my expectations. The dress was see through and the UK size 12 was equivalent to a UK size 8.

Awful quality
Ordering and delivery really good, quality, AWFUL.
Dresses are so poorly finished. Pity because they’re actually quite nice.
Zip in one is so poorly finished it won’t zip up without so much force as to near rip the fabric. Just poor quality construction.

Following review, it appears that your original parcel was unfortunately lost in transit with the courier. Our Customer Care team had to conduct a full investigation into the matter. Once the loss was confirmed, a replacement dress was dispatched on a Next Day delivery.

I ordered dresses but unfortunately…
I ordered dresses but unfortunately they did not suit me, so I returned them, eventually I had a refund but it was pending in PayPal for over a week and then it defaulted, I contacted customer services last Thursday and they came back to me that day to say they would contact the tech team as they were not aware of the issue and to be rest assured that it would be sorted asap, nothing happened I then emailed again yesterday and they came back to me this morning, I asked for this to be sorted by the end of the day and heard nothing and still £181.13 short, I will also contact PayPal as this has not been resolved, I find the whole situation very strange

Really love this brand
Really love this brand. I’ve had so many pieces from here now and the quality never fails! Such perfect pieces that I can rewear time and time again. I most recently purchased the black Bardot midi dress and it’s just a perfect LBD!!!
