Really nice people, they offered lots of advice and took the stress out of organising an assessment for my nan.

Social worker visited my 82 year mother on Saturday and tested positive for Covid on the Monday.
The organisation didn't think to inform me of this until I chassed up where my report was.
They blamed the governments track and trace policy and didn't think it was up to them to inform me.

Nellie Supports provides an efficient and helpful service

Emelia was able to answer my questions about use of Motability cars for adults who can’t drive themselves. She also explained very clearly how the transport policy being used by my LA did not follow the rules of the social care act.

Ben came across as honest and transparent in regards to the social work and needs assessments, and made the whole process easy and comfortable.

{To start this off, ive given nellie a codename as to not reveal her true identity.} She is the most jelliest jellie ive ever met. jellie is pretty good at being a jellie, only complaint is she doesnt stay afterschool nearly enough... Shes pretty high in Zinc and Iron.. I truly love her, because i do. Also, are you having a good day? Edit: Guys we just finished season 1 of bates motel. Wait i clarified her name was nellie right? (p.s. were wearing yoga pants soon)

Ben from Nellies put us at ease within a minute of arriving at the house. Ben was so focused on helping and understanding what an individual wants to do. Ben was so kind, compassionate and caring in the way that he carries out the assessment. Nellies are very genuine, honest, and so easy to talk to you. We enjoyed our discussion with Ben who made a difficult subject easy to talk about.

A good service especially in these difficult times

I referred one of my clients to Nellie for a number of capacity assesments. Louise the assesor was brilliant, she put my client at ease and built a great rapport very quickly. Louise was able to work through the decision making process with her in a way that was comfortable and in the words of the family 'was simply brilliant'. I have no hesitation in recomendng the Nellie team. From start to finish the process has been made as easy as possible and they have been able to answer all the questions we had on what has not been a straight forward case.

Very polite and helpful and fast to email reply. They were having trouble with the phone lines hence 4 * as it took longer to make a payment to get things moving.
