I have used Nellie Supports on numerous occassions. They are always efficient, professional and highly knowledgeable. Ben and the team are always willing and happy to discuss more complex cases and offer additional support where required. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I contacted Nellie Supports to arrange a testamentary capacity report for an elderly client who wished make changes to their will. The service from start to finish was excellent. I was provided with a quote within minutes of my initial enquiry. I then had a couple of queries which were answered by email by return. An appointment was arranged quickly and the next working day following the appointment I received a very detailed report which specifically addressed the legal test for testamentary capacity. The client described the assessor as extremely pleasant and he enjoyed talking to her. I would not hesitate to use Nellie Supports when I next require a capacity assessment.

It did take a while to get the correct person to speak to, but once this was done it was a professional experience.

The initial contact I made was great . The assessment was organised and made within a reasonable time period and seemed to progress well . We was told the assessment would be written the next day and sent in the post . Brilliant I thought until it never arrived . Payment for the services was made in full on the 16 th December and I was told it would be sent out immediately once that was done . On Christmas Eve my dad still had not received it, but I was assured it had been sent, so they agree they would resend it . Due to the office being closed for the Christmas period I could no longer contact them but waited in anticipation for their findings . On the 4 th of January it still had not arrived , I called the office and I was promised that I would receive a call by 11.15am . By midday I had to call again and I was promised the same . Still no call , I called again to be told the same . I called for the third time and demanded a call back but still nothing , so then I sent an email complaining and asking why My dad had not received the assessment in the post . I then received an email stating due to data protection they could not send it to my dad ,but only to his solicitor . They then still took another few days to send it to his solicitor . As my dad is end of life , this was needed urgently as we didn’t know how long he has left to live . For what ever reason this happened , they caused my dad , myself and my family a huge amount of unnecessary stress at a time when we should have been enjoying what would be our last Christmas with him . You ruined that and for that reason I am leaving this review . An absolute disgrace

I was really impressed with the speed and ease of making arrangements for an on-line video testamentary capacity assessment to take place. The report was turned round quickly and was detailed and I will highly recommend this service t to others.
