Terrible experience as the my table was smashed and a leg bent.
Agreed (finally after being ignored constantly) on a part refund that never materialised even after jumping through the can't refund onto a credit card hoop by supplying my bank numbers.
Shocking, don't waste your money on these cowboys 💩💩💩 they mentally drain you after delivering a wrecked product.

Have been trying to arrange a return for over 3 weeks now with 3 failed collections by the courier because they keep sending one person for a 2 person collection. Neo direct unable to take responsibility to resolve the matter by communicating with the courier. Now advising me that I will need to pay to return it should the
Courier abort the collection again. Very unprofessional customer service staff.

They delivered the wrong item, then when I complained, they ignored me for 2 weeks.

**UPDATED** Replacement received, problems all resolved.

Purchased an Air Fryer on eBay, reported it to be faulty and received a reply from someone called Daniel after 2 days offering me a replacement or a refund.

I replied to this message two minutes later and that was on the 18th August 2026. Followed up again on the 26th August 2026 and still nothing.

Sent another message, got the same automated reply.

Commented on a Facebook post and ignored.

Absolutely shocking behaviour for a UK based business.

eBay order number so you cannot reply with the basic unhelpful response.

I bought a couple of fans from these guys during the heatwave - can't fault them really. The fans were exactly as expected and I also got a quick delivery. What more can one want from an online retailer? I was looking for fans in particular, had never heard ot the company before but they seem to have other interesting stuff too so might be ordering again soon.

Bought a fan in the summer during the heatwave. Absolute top notch service from Neo, fan was delivered the next day at a very competitive price. As for the fan itself, chucks out plenty of air and was essential in keeping us all cool during the hot weather!

I ordered a parasol for my brother and we unfortunately didnt receive it as it was out of stock but neo were very efficient and they refunded me back the payment right away which was very professional of them and I'll wait and order it once they come back in stock ive ordered from neo on a few occasions and this was a one off I'd recommend neo to everyone they're really great and have brilliant customer service.

This is my second purchase. I bought one for my daughter as I love mine so cosy.

I have bought quite a few things from Neo over the years and found them to be very reliable. My current purchase Neo White 7000 BTU 4-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner, has been an absolute god send over the heatwaves and kept my bedroom at a temperature that I can sleep in.

Bought this product - self asSembly and came with no instructions as to which bit goes where nor what screws to use. As for the gas cylinder - it could go either way up and one would be lethal. Returning.

It's very nice and elegant. It matches with my bedroom colour furniture. I found it very useful to clear up my dressing table

Purchase was easy to complete and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately it isn’t obvious that the rungs are further apart than an ordinary ladder which makes it tiring to climb. Also, the ladders are very flexible - a bit unnerving the first few times of climbing.

However, NeoDirect have totally redeemed themselves with an outstanding customer service. The company reached out to me after my review and offered a full collect and refund service as the ladders were not really suitable for my purposes (partly my error). Communications have been prompt and accurate - I cannot speak too highly of the company’s customer service.

Sub standard products. Returned my items. Still waiting for a refund about a month later. Very unsatisfactory. Very poor communication as well. Luckily I bought through Debenhams, so hopefully I will get a refund eventually.

This company are refusing to refund me for a product that was returned the next day. They have stalled the refund by asking for screenshots of proof of return. They send spam messages back stating refund 3-5 days.
Now on day 21 of waiting for my money back.
They asked for proof of return from the delivery company which they received.
Still no refund.
I finally received an apology and my refund was eventually received. I also received a £10 voucher to put towards my next purchase.
I will never use this company again. Not Amazon for large items. Ever.

I ordered a parasol, it wasn’t suitable for my patio.
I need to return it. I’ve made several telephone calls, left voice messages, sent emails, nobody answers…..

Spice racks poor quality, sides not straight and threads for screwing together very poorly cut resulting in the need to use my own nuts and bolts to hold it together. Photos of items on line not realistic they show 4 rows of spices but the shelves are of inconsistent size and not all will hold a standard ‘Schwartz’ spice jar.

Ordered a parasol for next day delivery, ordered on a Friday so should have been delivered Monday. Nothing turned up, no communication. I sent an email chasing it that day and got an email the next day asking for order details that were on the original email! Tracking details said they hadn’t yet received the item. Chased again on the Wednesday, eventually getting a reply Thursday night saying it had been lost in transit and they were now sold out and did I want to be put on a waiting list! Needless to say I declined and asked for a refund which I did get a few days later. Very let down
