neongrand.com Reviews

I was very skeptical after dealing with other neon light companies just to be disappointed. I am very glad I found the neongrand site. This company was “fantastic” from beginning to end. High quality neon light with high quality hardware and fasteners. The notifications and email communications were spot on. Definitely my new go to company for future neon projects.

Clean lines, easy to hang, and BRIGHT enough to see during the day in a window that gets direct sunlight. Super happy with this sign and look forward to getting a custom one done!

Amazing experiences! This is my 4th order

Excellent products. Had them design us 2 signs that we absolutely love. Quick processing time and everything was packaged well and arrived in great shape. Thanks. We will be back!

Live our neon sign! As describes and communication with seller was great.

Love my light. The classic olive martini design is bright, light weight and looks chic. Melds well with my Las Vegas nightclub bar. Arrived quickly, well wrapped and in pristine condition. Worth every penny.

Great designers, great customer service, great product!

Very responsive, professional, and the sign looks great!

Overpriced, shop somewhere else. They sold me a light for 350$ and then offered the same light to me on "special offer" for 244$. These guys are a absolute ripoff and made in China. Thanks for letting me know you that I paid 350$, but you guys could have sold it to me for 244$ and still been profitable. You loss my business.

Great quality. Order took longer to produce and ship than I was led to expect, but still arrived in a reasonable amount of time

quick shipping, beautiful light. Would not hesitate to make another purchase.

The team was very responsive and accommodating

Sign is beautiful. Was easy to hang. Functions properly. Delivery was quick and prompt. Customer support is excellent.

The correspondence and attention to getting it right.

Design is great, buying was a breeze. Received within a week.

These turned out exactly how I pictured them. I told them what I wanted, and they completely nailed it, from the design to the colors to the layout. The communication was awesome the whole way through; quick replies, updates, and they made sure every detail was right before shipping.
The “Lucky” clover glows the perfect green, and the gear-shift sign has RGB lighting; it can change colors or fade, and it looks insane paired with the blue underglow in my garage. The quality is solid, no flicker or cheap plastic feel, just bright, clean, pro-level work.
They worked with my ideas and made it come to life better than I imagined. Everyone that walks in comments on how badass it looks, I wish I could upload pics with this review, but it still wouldn’t do it justice.
Highly recommend these guys if you want custom neon that actually looks custom.

Love the sign! Great looking and easy to install 👍

We had a couple of signs made for our holiday outdoor display and they have held up perfectly in the elements, etc. The colors were exactly what we ordered online and the selection of fonts gave us so much creative leeway that we were able to make just what we needed!

NEONGRAND experience was superior in quality and customer satisfaction. They made sure that the design was exactly what I wanted and delivered a n awesome product in a timely fashion. My sign which was a design that my daughter had done for me while she was attending college. The fact that my wife got me the sign for a Christmas gift and that Grace designed it, made it a very special gift. The quality of the product and ease of mounting it with the included hardware completed my extremely satisfying experience with NEONGRAND and the people who work there. Jeff “GONZO” Kellogg

There are plenty of companies with great customer service, but none better than this company in my experience. From Ginny the CEO and down to the people who do the manufacturing and support functions, there is a genuine concern for providing service standards that exceed expectations. I have personally ordered two signs for my man cave , one custom built and one standard in stock. The custom sign was designed, constructed and shipped as promptly as the stocked sign. The installation parts and instructions made that process simple. Both signs are a focal point when guests see them for the first time.
