neongrand.com Reviews

The whole experience from ordering to delivery was easy. For what you get- the cost is worth it and very reasonable. The sign that we ordered is fantastic and our friend (it was a gift) loves it!

Great experience from start to finish, designers gave me exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. Item was shipped fast and secure. A total A+ experience

Excellent customer service, beautiful craftsmanship of the sign I ordered. I ordered the blue wave sign for my office and could not be happier. Again, amazing customer service. I highly recommend buying from NeonGrand! Thank you so much NeonGrand!

My experience with Neon Grand was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They were so patient with me and brought my vision to life. The replies were quick and suggestions were great! I loved how they asked for a picture of the wall I wanted the sign on and then provided details of how the sign would look/fit on the wall. That was such a huge help! The sign came packaged very securely and padded. All the hardware to hang the sign and instructions were provided. They were easy to follow and I definitely appreciated how easy the whole process was. Thank you again! =)

At first I'm not gonna lie I was worried, not realizing that Neon Grand is a legit company and not a scam. I'm very pleased with my sign and cant wait to put it up and display it in my Podcast. Also I will be odering another sign.

Customer service was amazing, very responsive. And the light we got is amazing! Fast delivery to Australia as well! Would definitely order again! :)

Customer service was over the top. Even though the packaging was very solid when light arrived it had been damaged during shipping. A new light was on the way within just a few days. Also, the product is beautiful. More beautiful than the pictures on the web site. It appears that this Neongrand really cares about their customers and products.

I am totally impressed with the finished product. They went above and beyond with my custom order! Thank you very much!

Extremely HAPPY!!! They are the best from customer service to the product and the fast delivery.
I will totally order from this company again.
I highly recommended.

Extremely happy, awesome service, fast delivery. Looked amazing for my daughters 21st birthday party. Thank you highly recommend.

Gives my room a totally different feel. I love everything about it. Be careful when you’re drilling into the wall. It’s advised to have help with ensuring it’s straight, and mark where you will drill precisely. Very easy to drill a hole too high or low/off to the left or right.

I worked with Doung at NeonGrand in hopes of getting a customized neon design to go onto a large poster I'd created. He offered a drawing which completely fit my needs. When it arrived carefully wrapped and boxed, it worked out even better than I imagined. It's the coolest piece of art I have in the house, and I'm a graphic designer. I recommend NeonGrand with full confidence.

My friend bought a custom name neon sign from Neongrand for her wedding and it looked perfect so I decided to order one for me. The sign exceeded my expectations. The ordering process is super easy and I received an email for every step of the product delivery. Highly recommend!
