AVOID

Bought a neon at the beginning of May. Even with chasing it still took more than 3 weeks for it to arrive. Was in a battered box when it finally did. It didn’t work. They sent a new adapter which again required me chasing and a long wait. Still doesn’t work. After three months of chasing they have failed to respond, send me a refund or a functioning light. Since then I have also received an invoice from customs that I am expected to pay for a product I am yet to be able to use.

keep well clear of this company they now trade under the name planet neon . they have no telephone lines and don't reply to emails . changed name due to poor reviews i would say . the charge for waterproofing beut the sign has no ip rating and bare exposed wires.
they wont get back to you so p[lease read the other horror stories before you buy and beaware planet pop is the same cowboys

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering a sign from here 12 weeks ago. I was assured that they would have no problem shipping to Spain and that I should receive the sign within 7-14 days, I paid extra to cover the postage to Spain. 12 weeks later and 126€ out of pocket, I’m still waiting. After numerous emails they sent me a link to track the parcel, it was sent from a logistics centre in May and because the customs paperwork was not filled in correctly, sent back to its original destination which is the company’s address. As far as I can see it’s still in transit, I have no idea where but Neon Pop refuses to refund me until they receive the item which is probably never. Interesting to see that their website states that ‘Due to Unforeseen Circumstances neonpop.co.uk is currently unavailable until further notice.
All orders will be processed as normal and will be delivered without any delays.’ Looks like myself and many others will have kissed goodbye to their hard earned cash.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with Neon Pop. Our order had to be sent back two times as what we had asked to be done, had not been done.
Despite our requests being clearly written on our emails and invoice, the production team did not manage to get it right.

We did get our sign sorted in the end and I cannot fault the customer service people who were quick to reply to all my messages

Absolutely love my light - great customer service from start to finish - and when dispatched it arrived with me in Northern Ireland can’t fault it

Amazing service. Custom sign was a wonderful gift at a great price. Easy to use website and I was updated from start to finish.

I ordered the love & coffee sign to complete my kitchen dining area make over. It looks beautiful against the background colour on the wall above my coffee station. The sign is bright and distinctive and I would recommend the dimmer with the sign which provides a warm glow at night.
The customer service was excellent Jade and Lina were very efficient and positive through the whole process and were very helpful. I would happily recommend neon pop to anyone, it is a pleasant change to deal with people who offer great customer service.

I ordered a sign for my wife's 40th birthday, after some revisions to the proof I signed of the artwork, and received my sign 6 days later. the sign had been made using an old, incorrect proof. A sign that should have read Lisa's 40ish, instead read Lisa's Goish because of the script font used. When I emailed immediately I was told it was too late to get a new sign out, and they could offer a 10% discount...A 10% discount for the wrong product, in how many industries do people haggle over product refunds? a further phone call, and I was told as we actually put the sign up at the party (because we had no alternative) they could only offer 15%. im not sure if we had said it was still in a box they would have offered a 100% refund, in fact im almost certain they wouldn't. They admit the fault is with them, but refuse a refund. the typical excuse for businesses these days, including Neon pop is "this doesn't usually happen" or "sometimes these things happen" like that in some way means sorry you still have to pay for an incorrect product. Terrible customer service and a shocking eye for detail which is important when you work in a custom design industry.

Excellent customer service dealt with jade and mel and they where informative during the whole process which I found very nice. The sign itself is amazing can’t wait for my salon to open😍

Better than expected product at a faster than expected delivery. Ordered and received in less than 5 days. Everyone is going to love my new sign.

I ordered a sign which was delivered and then developed a fault within a matter of weeks with 3/4 of the letters being operable. We returned the sign via Neon Pops appointed courier, they repaired the electrical connection failure but when redelivered the Perspex background was damaged on the corner.

Believe it or not they will not replace the sign and are offering me a 5% discount for the damage either caused by them or in transit.

Clearly we will not be accepting this offer and will now have to take the appropriate action.

What dreadful customer service - Avoid.

Absolutely stunning sign. Super speedy delivery. Only took 5 days to receive my order. So happy with neon pop.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Sign was delivered earlier than expected and it’s just amazing. Really brings the room together. Would recommend the remote dimmer with the sign, the dimmer lights make for a great ambience at night. Happy to recommend neon pop to anyone. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again
