Our custom sign was absolutely brilliant. Received ahead of schedule and is an absolute hit with the guests. It really does become the talking point and everyone keeps asking where did we get it from. Customer service have been brilliant and the design team was nice enough to send us a mock up of our sign. It seems like they’ve come a long way since their initial reviews because I cannot fault anything about their service and products. Would highly recommend ordering the signs from this company. Well done.

Fabulous company. Ordered a custom sign and it came with lots of options for font styles, indoor, outdoor, battery operated, plug in, shaped backing, square backing, lots of different colours etc etc etc. I was in touch with customer service to enquire about delivery times etc and they were really lovely, easy to speak to and helpful. The sign itself looks incredible, and put a huuuge smile on our faces when it first lit up. It came really well packed too so absolutely no chance of receiving damaged goods. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I am very happy with the neon light I bought from Neon Pop. After a bit of difficulty setting it up I contacted the Melissa and Lina and they swiftly sent out parts to assist with the situation and got me up and coming. They even overnighted them as they knew I needed the light for an upcoming party. I would definitely recommend Neon Pop to anyone. Thank you for all your help.

I had been looking for an alternative present for my husband and daughter. A friend had hired a neon sign for a wedding and I had loved it so investigated that and reviewed a couple of providers before finding Neon Pop. Their themes/fonts selections were wider than others and their site was by far the easiest to use. As I wasn't confident that I had chosen the right size I rang them pre-purchase and they spent a lot of time walking me through measurements and other questions I had. I can't say enough about the customer service. As part of the purchase process, you can choose to have a mocked up design sent to you and that was really helpful as well as I could then re-align wording. It arrived well wrapped up and I had been given advance warning of the day of issue. They respond within 24 hours by email as well. As for the sign? It looks incredible. I can only say it looks as though it was made with a love of the product. End to end I cannot fault this service and recommend to any first time user. Competitive pricing too. (Husband and Baby loved as well).

Uber happy with my new sign. Put it up in the bedroom above the bed and couldn’t look sleeker. Would recommend the dimmer to dim the lights as it can be very bright. Big thank you to customer services for all the updates. I knew exactly what the process was

Thrilled with my custom neon sign! Arrived in time and easy to install. The sign is super bold and bright so I would recommend buying the dimmer to control the brightness as I want to have it on all the time!

I was worried special order wouldn't arrive in time but it did. It looks great. My partner loved it. And the team were very good at reassuring me and communicating. Would absolutely order with them again. Great product. Great customer service.

I ordered a product having no previous knowledge of the business and having now received the item, I am delighted. Well worth purchasing and I will certainly do so again. In the spirit of providing a genuine review - two points to note: firstly, I didn’t have a clear sense of when the product would be produced and despatched on order (albeit it may be clear somewhere else on the website). Secondly, the express shipping was refunded owing to a delay. These were two (minor) issues, but when I followed-up to check in, the customer service was excellent. The product arrived (from order to arrival, it was ultimately fairly good time-wise - worth the slight wait) well-packed and intact. The actual product is delightful - the light saturation is great, the colour is bold and the shaping is fabulous. Overall, I am delighted and will look forward to thinking-up my next custom order.

Purchased as a Christmas present and received in time for christmas. Customer service was very helpful and even upgraded us to a WiFi controller for free. Amazing sign at a great price. Highly recommended

Must admit I hadn’t read any of the reviews before ordering, ordered our item on Friday 26th November and after the confirmation email everything went silent. I tried to get in touch and phone was engaged, email and online chat were silent and I started to worry. Then Adam called me and since then the customer service has been outstanding. It would seem they had a rather large order book due to the Black Friday sale and this had overwhelmed them in the short term. Add in some Omicron isolation and it’s understandable they were under pressure. Item was proofed and made the same day I spoke with Adam and delivered the next day. Original power cable not enough and after a while the light would flash, again the support team sent me a new more powerful cable, we are now all good. Would highly recommend the product and as mentioned everyone I spoke to really seemed to care and be vested in a positive experience for me.

If I could give them zero I would. I would recommend you steer clear of this "company" I have been lied to and given false promises for over a month. After several calls and several reassurances that my item was being processed. I was assured it would be with me Christmas eve and a tracking number sent a few days before. Day before Christmas eve with no gift for my teenager I call to check it is coming and what's the tracking number. To be told my order can not be processed. Now the day before Christmas eve I have no item and a 7 working day wait for a sizable refund! Never a word from them, I have had to chase every step of the way. Their saving grace was the poor girl who was left to answer the phone who was very sweet but obviously at this late stage could do nothing but apologise. It gets better. I had a call from them trying to help me rectify the problem. They would send me a lesser sign so my teenager would have something at Christmas, this if I removed my review and paid an additional £50. So on top of the £150 I have already paid with no item, I was then asked for extra money for an item that is not even what I wanted. You could not make it up! Ordered 21st November with 17 day turnaround. They now admit, they have not even made it yet! Please be careful when you buy here. I would hate for anyone else to be this let down!

This story started on 11th October 2021, 2 weeks in they said they were really busy and sorry for the delay. I got the sign safe and sound , But the wires from the sign had been burnt!!!
I sent the sign back. Within 8 days I got the sign back, but it was delivered to the wrong address (Neon had put the wrong address on parcel)
When I plugged it in it failed to work, by this time is was 2 months waiting. It was collected on the Wednesday and returned on the Friday FULLY WORKING
AS I HAD RUN A LARGE COMPANY MYSELF I FEEL THEY HAVE SUFFERED FROM’SAY NO TO ANY ORDER’
The sign is great and I was going to order more , but that is going to wait into the new year.I have order 2 signs from 2 more suppliers just to see how they perform

Bought the strip lights then a sign. Brilliants product and helpful customer services. Just how it’s supposed to be.

My sign was five weeks late, after the 17 working day period which is advised at point of order. After reading the multiple bad reviews of the poor quality, I’ve emailed the team at neon pop who assured me the finally product would be to standard. Finally received my sign, to find upon opening the package the wire from the light has disconnected completely from the LED power input so I cannot even turn it on. This was meant to be a special gift for my partner. Really hoping they come back to me with a resolution with neon pop as I’ve spent £350 with this company, unfortunately really starting to regret it. Hopefully, I will not have to take this further beyond the company.

Complete lie on turnaround time.

I ordered two simple letter signs from neon pop in mid October. It said 10 day delivery. Despite multiple chases it still has not arrived; the lovely receptionists seem to try and chase the design team but are continuously fobbed off with it will be ready in a few days. Very disappointed and I am now awaiting my refund.
