NeonSigns.com Reviews

The highest quality I've ever seen! Excellent product and service. Thank you very much Chrystal!

Faye was a very helpful and friendly person to deal with. The shipping also did not take too long considering it came from overseas. Very happy!

Great customer service, and I got an amazing deal on a custom sign. It was about half of what other companies were charging. I definitely recommend!

What sold me was how user friendly the website is to use. The sales rep Eva, was great.

Super quick and responsive!
Turn around time was also super fast

They cannot get product delivered, DHL has lost shipment, NeonSigns acknowledges sign is lost but refuses to issue a refund, had to submit a dispute with credit card company, spoke to 3 agents at this company and all lied, told conflicting stories.

My custom order was exactly as I had hoped! Judy from the Customer Care Team was especially helpful—she shared the proof with me before confirming the order, responded quickly, and answered all of my questions. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great purchase!

Eva and the team at Neon Signs are great to work with. Our signs look amazing and the team quickly took care of a small issue we had with the mounting hardware. Excellent experience and we will use them again!

Easy to order, shipped quickly, product met all my expectations. Great value.

Wedding Sign

My husband and I ordered a neon sign for our wedding in 2024. We worked with Eva who was fantastic and went above and beyond!

We just moved into a house and got a puppy. Our puppy ended up eating part of our remote and we couldn’t use it. When I reached out to inquire about a new remote, Eva was right on it and is sending a brand new dimmer and remote out. Such great customer experience!!!

Awesome Company!!! Awesome Deals
Wasn't able to customize my design exactly how I wanted so I emailed them explaining the details and the following day I was sent a preview to approve of exactly what I was looking for So I Confirmed and once I received my item It was perfect bright and beautiful exactly what I wanted and the price was killer they hit it right on the head I'm now recommending everybody I know

We are very happy with the quality of the sign! Eva was fantastic at getting us multiple proofs to make sure the color looked good with our logo. The order was even expedited and came faster than expected. The sign was very securely packaged and seemed easy enough to hang.

Every step of the way the team was super helpful and very prompt in their responses. I will definitely be coming to them for future business! Crystal especially was awesome!
