⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Eva provided exceptional service! She arranged free expedited shipping, ensuring I received my order just in time for an important content shoot. The pre-production sample photos were accurate and provided before shipping, giving me complete confidence in the quality. Everything arrived exactly as expected, and I truly appreciate the extra effort. Highly recommend working with Eva!

Dealt with Mira for a custom LED "neon" sign, 30"x14", with some stylized text in 3 colours. It was fantastically easy. Mira took my file, sent over a proof, and made the whole process really easy.

The sign is perfect. It looks incredible, seems sturdy, and doesn't make a buzzing noise like real neon lights. It also gets VERY bright (like "I need sunglasses indoors" bright), but the remote dimmer works great. Shipping was remarkably quick, and they way they package it is really impressive.

Schnelle und unkomplizierte Lieferung.

Top Qualität!

Zero was very helpful and communicative!! I’ve done two orders with them now and was so impressed!!

Eva was great from start to finish. She explained the different products, the creation process and was very helpful as we made changes.

eva Was great at helping me, placing my order and ensuring that all the information was correct. The best will definitely be purchasing more items from here again.

Really easy site to navigate and create a custom neon sign, when we had issues with the graininess of the original image, Judy was a fantastic help in figuring out how to make it better and came up with some fantastic options.

Love all the signs I’ve received. Eva has been my point person and she is very fast and diligent. I always order last minute and she still delivers ahead of my deadline. Great quality and great service. Highly recommend!

I ordered a neon sign but realized I needed a design fix, Eva was looking after my account and the customer service I received was legendary. Always quick responses and clear communication. I can’t wait to show off my sign at my next event !

Eva helped with a sign for our business. Fast shipping provided as well.

They answer the phone when I called and answered any questions I had. Eva has been amazing responding to my emails so quick and doing as I requested. They offer at an amazing price. I wish I wasn’t in a hurry so I can apply the 50% off but next time. Thank you so much for your service so far and I can’t wait to receive my personalised neon sign :)
