NeonSigns.com Reviews

They have professional signs and professional customer service. I would recommend them to anyone interested in neon signs. We have now become a consistent customer because of it.

I am absolutely delighted with my new neon illuminated sign - not only does it look exactly like the pictures, it even exceeds my expectations! The colors are brilliant, the workmanship is high quality, and the brightness can be adjusted perfectly. It's a real eye-catcher and immediately creates a special atmosphere in my room.

Special praise goes to Crystal, the customer advisor, who was incredibly friendly, competent and patient with me from the very first contact. She responded to all my wishes, thought along with me and helped me honestly and quickly - that's what customer service should be like!

Delivery was fast and securely packaged - an all-round perfect experience. I would order again at any time!

Many thanks to the whole team - and especially to Crystal

Ordered some custom patches from GS JJ. They came out great and look amazing. They ironed on to my shirt well. Kelly was a great help and was in communication with me throughout the whole process. Would definitely use this service again.

Thanks so much to Kelly for the fast response and helpful advice! Another lovely manufacturing process, I will return for more orders in the future!

Fast efficient professional service with clear and concise communication. The product quality is outstanding and they understand the needs and tailor all to your personal requirements. Crystal was amazing couldn’t have gone smoother and it’s my first purchase from them and certainly won’t be my last.

Great customer service!!! Timely and thoughtful replies to all inquiries. High quality products, shipped safely, securely and on-time. Mira and her team are the best. This is the fourth time we have ordered from NeonSigns.com. We will continue to use them for our signs.

Eva has been awesome to work with even when we needed some follow up help after losing the remote. No one takes care of their customers anymore so this has been refreshing and such a pleasant experience. Thanks for making this fun and easy, Eva!

Eva was a very good sales person and helped me through the process. Generally the product was good with the only slight issue being that a washer where the wire leaves the backing plate would help prevent the wire wearing through

Great experience so far! Very competitive prices, amazing customer experience (by Eva, thank you!), and fast delivery. Quality seems great, but we are still installing and testing.

A great pleasure. Nice Neon Sign for my Office. Perfekt customer service by Eva.

It was a pleasure working with Eva, she explained how the process worked and even suggested design changes which we implemented and it gave us overall a better product, definitely will us your company again in the future

The best custom neon sign company out there! Quality and pricing was amazing! Our service rep Eva went above and beyond with all of our questions and made sure we got our product in a timely manner. Will definitely be ordering again!

I needed some custom patches for my high school students for graduation and ordered them with plenty of time... then TOTALLY forgot about the order! They had sent a proof and I missed it in my end of the year teaching avalanche. When I realized what I had done and that time was nearly run out, I contacted the sales coordinator Kelly. She made sure that everything would be ready in time and that I knew that they had made my student's patches a top priority and bumped it ahead in production. Kelly was a life saver for me on this. I will 100% order here again. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service! They serve you fast and nice! Over last two years I just purchased with them and will continue, thanks Eva for your great service!
