NeonSigns.com Reviews

Crystal was excellent in communicating with me. She always offered a solution and found answers to my questions

Eva helped me with an expedited process and quick turn around time for a salon opening!

These are typically so expensive, but this sign was a great price and turned out great. Plus, Eva gave me great customer service every step of the way!

outstanding customer service!
I placed an order as a gift for my husband. within 24hrs, I received a proof of the work with a kind email inquiring about a specific date I would need the order for. The team went above and beyond to coordinate for me to receive my item on time

Would definitely recommend!

Great seller, highly recommended! Offers customized and complete solutions. Very efficient customer service

Crystal was amazing to work with, super speedy and easily accommodated to our needs. 10/10 would recommend.

I really didn't expect the sign to look as AMAZING as it does...I mean, the process was so easy! I sent in a copy of my company name & logo, and Eva at Neon Signs went to work! Communications with Eva were efficient, professional and courteous. I had my finished product in short order and made some very picky clients extremely happy! I will use Neon Signs again and will request Miss Eva...both are keepers!

What a fantastic company. They are the company of "YES" and my sales associate Eva was extremely helpful. This is the second time I've custom ordered with Eva, and everything came out perfect. Quick turnaround with professional design proofs, and very receptive to making changes (My sign was originally white, I asked for RGBW and voila! they gave me that option at a very fair price. Prices are beyond reasonable, if you don't see something you like, ASK THEM!, they'll totally make it for you. They can make anything.

Eva was helpful, kind, and respectful throughout the design and purchase process. I'm happy to give her a 5-star review!

Highly recommend. Eva has been very prompt in response and the custom options really give you one of a kind LED sign!

Rapidité, qualité et serviabilité. J'ai adoré traité avec ce commerçant.

Eva was very helpful in the process and responsive to our changes. Sign turned out awesome and arrived very quick. We had a complex logo with a lot of details and colors but it turned out even better than expected. We're very happy with it.

Outstanding customer service and incredible value!
Other locations were offering fewer options at nearly double the cost, so we’re thrilled we found this Canadian business to support.

We’re currently in the middle of renovations, but as soon as the fresh paint is up, our new sign will be proudly posted! Our entire team is excited to see these final touches come together — it’s the little details that truly make a business shine.

A special thank you to Crystal, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. She was patient, offered us the opportunity to make adjustments, and made the whole process seamless. I had expected shipping to take a while, but the sign arrived at our door so quickly I can hardly even recall the wait time!

We customized the colors slightly, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.
Highly recommend — an amazing experience from start to finish!

Neon Signs was user friendly and great with customer service. Eva was prompt in any and all Qs! Got it right within the delivery window that was selected. Really happy with it!

Crystal was very knowledgeable. She revised my artwork numerous times without delay and provided excellent suggestions!

Great service. Great product. Quick delivery.

Rachel was responsive and very helpful. She was in communication and happy to help with revisions.

Revisions came quickly and the process was very efficient.

The quality of the pins was good. And met our expectations. The writing is legible though a bit small - but that is my fault - it is my design. However, even with the small characters, it's not muddy...very legible.

It's been a learning experience for me, but I am pleased. And I'll definitely be back!
