Great product and were able to deliver quickly

Crystal has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She could give lessons to customer support people on how to communicate with customers. I am a car dealer in Philadelphia and I appreciate the time and effort she gives to her customers!

I have been a customer for years and I highly recommend GSJJ for its excellent service, especially from Kelly, and the excellent quality of products.

and would recommend it to any other content creators or even as a gift to friends

We purchased a custom sign with a fairly intricate logo and it looks fantastic. It was the highlight of our event booth! Eva helped us out and was able to quickly get this order through and even fast-tracked our order so that we were sure to have it well before our event date. Eva was also very speedy in their replies which was great. Would certainly buy from Custom Neon Signs again.

Wonderful customer service and my sign is exactly how I imagined it 😊

The custom neon sign with my brand name has completely transformed my filming space—it’s vibrant, high-quality, and adds a professional yet stylish vibe! The colors are eye-catching, the tubing is flawless, and it arrived safely with easy setup. Even brighter in person, it delivers a smooth, flicker-free glow that makes my workspace feel elevated and Instagram-ready. A huge shoutout to Cherry, the sales associate, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the entire process seamless—such fantastic customer service! Perfect for branding or adding personality to any office—worth every penny! ★★★★★
