The decking boards are of good quality and finish

Brilliant product at a great price. Service is also amazing - I accidentally ordered twice as much as I needed, and I was called back and asked if the order was correct. I forgot to add clips, and a lady called me asking if I wanted any. Thank you!

Excellent service from initial contact to finished project

Everyone I had contact with either through e-mail or phone – (Emma, Carly and Vision) were helpful, very professional, and courteous.
Everything from original request for samples through to delivery was seamless.
Driver was very helpful and unloaded all items to my driveway which was very much appreciated.

Great company to deal with. Very helpful over the phone and a smooth fast delivery. Would deal with them again if I need another purchase in the future.

Really good product and very easy to install. Staff extremely helpful. One critiisism is that I relied on your knowledge to select the number of brackets and fixing screws required. You recommended very many more than actually required and because they came in pre-packed numbers this added significantly to the cost of my decking.

I had a gate and side panel. Both n the pricey side but great quality.
The problems we encountered were on the installation. Our original fencer gave up, found the instructions too complicated.
The one that fitted it, we saw a week later had put the post for the fence, rather than the gate post against the wall. The result is that both are not sturdy. When questioned, he said the instructions were confusing, and it was the only thing he could do.

Although this issue is seen as the installation problem, the fact that 2 experienced fencers found the instructions unclear suggests that needs to be looked at.

Generally very helpful sales team (although there was a slight sense that, once the order had been placed and the first instalment paid, the service levels dropped). Delivery man was very helpful. Our builder found the product straightforward to install.

This review relates to the delivery of one edging board, to replace one that was supplied in the wrong colour in error. John the driver was very helpful, friendly and courteous. The replacement board will enable me to finish my decking project at last.
