From the original point of contact enquiry, the office team were great and in particular Lucy, went out of her way. It was a sizable order for a trade contract installation project, so I was even given a discount. The transport team were also fantastic and due to a delay at our end, they rearranged without any fuss. Also have to say thanks to John our delivery driver, who was quite bubbly and helped unload, then stack everything on site. I will definitely be using NeoTimber again and happy to recommend their company.

Second time I have purchased from this…
Second time I have purchased from this company, first time was 2021 for decking material and still perfect and structurally sound. Earlier this year I bought cladding, joists and posts for a small fence and garden gate. The project was delayed and during the heatwave the material started to warp a little but ended up looking ok. Would recommend this company.

Great product, easy fitting, excellent result.
Installed Neotimber Deluxe Silver Birch decking in an old mill building during the winter of 2025/26. Product materials were of an excellent quality and were easy to machine with standard wood tools. Finish quality exceeded expectations. Will be using Neotimber again for future projects.

I did my order with Alex de Vito and he has dealt with me in a very friendly and helpful way throughout the journey.I am thrilled With the finished results It looks smart and rich compared to the original wood fence My fence is higher than most at 2.4 m high but it doesn’t t look overpowering with the oak version being such a light shade . Great Product and service!
This is the second job that I have used Neotimber and I am really pleased with the service and products supplied. Tom has been the focal point for these jobs and enquiries and regularly kept in touch and provided costs and support promptly. I was slightly disappointed with delivery and the area classed as the highlands aswell as unloading the larger orders. Other than that I cannot fault and look forward to working with you in the future.
