Prompt delivery, good product, flexible re small changes to the order. Only one minor issue; the number of pedestals required was over-estimated and we had around one box more than we needed.

So we have purchase 50 planks of timber, which came wrapped into 2, they are heavy & of course awkward to carry as there are 3.6m long. Unfortunately, I’m at work & my wife was at home to accept the delivery, there is not a chance in hell, she could have brought this al in.

So thank god our delivery driver WAYNE, who is from Neotimber, as the van & high vis has the company in it, logged all of this on his own, into where we needed it & it was not easy, most importantly he did it with a smile & graceful manner, we greatly APPRECIATED it.

Just to add context, we had other deliveries today on other items & x2 delivery companies refused to take it anywhere near our front door & quoted KERB SIDE delivery when wife asked for help & also left pallets for us to dispose of, considering we never ordered a pallet they all said it’s part of the order.

So big up Neotimber for using there own delivery team as this creates a great end experience & a MASIIVE BIG UP to WAYNE the driver.

I’ve not started installing the decking yet, but already a great experience.

Received delivery of composite decking today, exceptional service.
Delivery driver Andrejs was polite, cheerful and extremely helpful! Nothing but positive things to say!

I attended to collect some neotimber edging from the warehouse. I found the whole experience slick and my interactions with the staff were lovely. The office staff were friendly and efficient and processed my order immediately, including looking up my previous order to check the correct colour. When I arrived my son tripped over the kerb and grazed his knee badly. The sales team opened the showroom to allow me to clean up his knee in the bathroom and offered plasters. Craig and his team in the warehouse assisted me loading up the car which was quite involved as my car wasn't big enough and my child was screaming (!) - they couldn't have been more helpful. The product was exactly as required-I'd add I have had my neotimber deck installed for at least 5 years on the river front-it spends at least a month a year underwater and has weathered very well with only the pre season power hose as maintenance.

Ordered composite boards via Mick George. On first impression they look good, I had to chase them to get an update but was kept in the loop re delivery from then on.
Andrejs delivered them this morning, what a polite, helpful man, placing them in a safe place. I offered to help as there were 22 x 3.6m long lengths, but he politely refused. Thank you for a great service.

Having used NeoTimber in 2 separate projects I can’t rate them highly enough!
The first deck was installed over 3 years ago and looks & performs perfectly! The second we recently installed in the Deluxe Hollow ash white colour and we couldn’t be happier! Great service throughout from the sales team and the delivery team

Considering the hot weather and all the lifting Kyle had to do, fair play to him.
He was very attentive and handled equipment with care and suggested further assistance which we might have to explore due to our builder’s availability
