Really good product, really pleased with the quality and finished installation appearance.
What l would say is the website photos don't do the board justice.

Very good service and friendly delivered on time

Wayne was on schedule, polite, helpful and exercised great care around the delivery process.

Craig went beyond what he needed to do and was a true ambassador for Neo Timber.
Despite me being let down by Neo Timbers office staff Craig was determined that my two and three quarter drive to pick up materials was not wasted.
He even drove to your alternative Warhouse to ensure that my customer would not be let down this weekend.
I will send a separate email outlining the failings of your office and feel sure that if they play back my taped conversation then they will understand my annoyance.
One again a big thank you to Craig and his team.

Overall very pleased with my purchase. The furniture is as described and just what we wanted. Very easy to assemble. Unfortunately the packaging was damaged on delivery which resulted in some slight damage to the corner of the table, but not enough to worry about, superficial scratches. Was disappointed that the delivery company literally just delivered to the side of the road and did not ring the doorbell or make any attempt to inform that they had arrived. No idea how long the delivery had been there before we discovered it!

Gabriel was really helpful throughout the entire design and ordering process for my balustrade project.
Cost was competitive with items delivered quickly, well packed and in good condition. I haven't checked every box yet, but product looks well made and I assume nothing is missing.
Have yet to assemble items, so cannot comment on fitting,

Speedy, polite and helpful delivery driver Andreis

Well both your delivery drivers ie Wayne and Andreys were polite, honest, helpful and respectful which is very important and comforting in this day and age.
I do think that the salesman could have been more helpful in not selling me what he thought I would require just to save me the delivery charge, which I had to pay on collection of goods that I didn’t need.
When you are doing a job that you haven’t done before you need that reassurance and experience for peace of mind. Would I use Neotimber again YES as the product is first class, you just have to get your head around what you’re doing.

Delivery was excellent and driver Andrejs very helpful to get it to where we needed it!

The driver was lovely, even though I had cancelled the delivery, he worked with me and delivered the decking. John was very pleasant, respectful and polite. A credit to your company
