Great product & excellent service
Composite decking samples arrived quickly and were the ideal colour for our project as well as excellent quality. We placed our order and were soon notified of delivery in 7 days time. Top marks must go to delivery driver John who let me know arrival time on the day, unloaded and stacked all the boards perfectly - what a great ambassador he is for the company! Now to get started on actually doing the work….

Amazing service from John the delivery driver
John, was fantastic. Called to say his time of arrival. Arrived at time stated. Very friendly and chatty. Even helped my sister carry the decking through to her back garden, considering it was one of the hottest days this year. He was rewarded with a cup of tea and biscuits and given a cold can of pepsi for his travels. Thank you John, you are a credit to Neotimber.

Excellent delivery service from Neo Timber. David, the driver, rang to give me an hour’s notice. On arrival, we unloaded the delivery together, by hand, to the desired location near my decking project. It took a while, as there was quite a load. He checked the items and found one minor error (missing box of clips) so he rang the office and they later rang me to confirm the details and said they would send the item tomorrow. Great service.
Now all I’ve got to do is lay them…🙂

Still waiting for a refund
The product itself is good stuff.
However, I ordered trims, clips and screws and none got delivered.
I therefore had to run around crazy to find colour matching screws which put a delay on the job and a lot of stress.
I was charged for them and have contacted you twice about this, and all I get in response is that the person i am talking with can’t do anything and will get refund team to contact me - still waiting and this was delivered 20th July. Can someone please be in touch asap! I want my refund, it’s the least you can do for the stress you have caused me

I was concerned about the cost of…
I was concerned about the cost of delivery but I don't realise Neo Timber use there own vehicles which turned out to be a gods send as driver helped carry packages through my property and also I found the Railings to be too tall for my project so I had to cut 150mm off of the Posts and Spindles which took a bit of time. Also I found the length of the Railings longer than the other company's selling Composite Railings as I needed 1600mm. All I can say is you get what you pay for, the quality of the kit I got is top notch they look amazing so a big thank you to Neo Timber will definitely Recommend.
