Neotori Reviews

Quality product, the delivery was very fast, colors are mixed beautifully and I haven't been disappointed yet! Top notch

They delivered quickly and were efficient.

Hoch qualitative Produkte, schnelle Lieferung und guter Support. Sehr gute Möglichkeit zur Personalisierung der Produkte.

Werde früher oder später wieder kaufen :)

Quick shipping and you can tell that they care about what they do, from the quality of the materials to their customer care

Hands down my favorite fantasy toy store so far. Their products are really nicely done, they have quite the variety, the pours and colors are gorgeous, and the best part is the delivery, because they not only include a free totebag for the product, but also a bunch of cards and stickers and other small gifts, along with sweets even! They're simply Lovely

My custom order was processed impressively fast, the product is well-made and looks just as expected. They were also kind enough to follow my special request to delay shipping. I'm very happy and will definitely purchase again!

Arrived neatly packed and quality of order was superb, would order again

Quality Toys!
very cute colors and kind ppl´s.
special orders are always done with love~

The website was easy to navigate and each product description was just as easy to understand. The transaction went smoothly and before I knew it the package arrived, very discreet and nicely packaged. The product was in sealed in plastic, alongside a small treat of sweets, a mini squishy sculpture and a note with the details of who poured the toy and when it was poured. Everything looked lovely and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The toy itself was of great quality! It was exactly what was promised, very soft and nice to the touch. I will definitely order again!

Perfect. Loved it, looked beautiful

Reliable and speedy delivery of high quality products. The design are innovative and custom pours all turned out great.

There is nothing else to say.
Neotori offer a variety of different fun toys (or not so fun, if you use them in a kinky way :D) and every single one of them is high quality.
"1+ mit Sternchen" all around as we say.
Also the included bags and the minis are a fun collectible items

The delivery took a bit longer due to the heatwave, but the wait was definitely worth it. I ordered a small suction cup & got a miniature Tycho The Tinkerer & gummy bears as gifts (which was a good idea because I felt tempted to chew on the mini Tycho).

I'm not familiar with this maker so I didn't understand that you couldn't select colours for a single small suction cup, but the staff was considerate & chose dark colours for it, which turned out to be prettier than plain black like I originally requested. They also gave me a written note to let me know about it, I appreciate this. It also works just as intended.

I'd like to order some of their toys in the future, but the current options in firmness are way too firm (their 'Standard' corresponds to ~0050 firmness). There aren't many trustworthy fantasy makers in EU who make products that are worth the price, so it's disappointing that Neotori doesn't have a ~0030 firmness option for their toys, or ~0020 firmness for the plugs. I definitely would try out their toys if they make Soft & Extra-soft options in the future.

Other than that, I recommend this maker.

Great colors, great quality and everything - thank you!

Amazing quality, strong suction cups
Does what it should 👍

Extremely soft squishy and glossy smooth... really high quality silicone.

Can't blame them the size was a bit big but that's on me, i'll get used to it ^w^

Super fast delivery and the toys are very high quality! The soft silicone feels amazing, the shapes are all exactly as shown online and clearly super well thought out with how good they feel! I've ordered there a few times now and it definitely won't be the last time 🤭

first ever adult toy purchase and they did not disappoint!
everything is very personal and hand made with the cards telling you who poured your toy and when, care guide, little stickers. I got some sweets too! idk if its bc im in the eu so dont expect sweets if you're american or smt.
The toys themself are very beautiful, and have no imprefections. I got a medium theotolax and the knot is super big for me :3, however if you want a toy to keep on putting in & out it maybe wasnt the best choice, but regardless i had fun with my gf with it.
The small comfy buttplug is wayyy too big for me and thats probably bc im not well practiced in anal but i tested and i couldnt even put it in vaginally! this may be a skill issue on my part but I wish there could be a beginner size for the butt plugs, maybe next time ill get the werewolf ones tho.
I was worried that this shop stopped working bc there wasnt alot of recent online presence (which could be my pour investigative skills) but the fact that theyre still making toys makes me think that they're just tired in insta? Also i wanted to buy a sticker but i couldnt find the name of the character of the sticker i wanted, if you could adjust that part of the website so that the names of the stickers are connected to the images that would be great. idk regardless thank you so much for these wonderful toys I will definitely buy again from here!

I have only had perfect experiences with Neotori so far. All the toys have great quality, the shipping was always quick and discrete, and the merch is really neat too (I really like my :3 key chain and the carrying bag :3)
I hope they will keep on expanding their inventory!

Great products, love the little extras thrown in with my orders, staff was very accommodating when my order needed correcting.
