Neotori Reviews

Werde definitiv nochmal bestellen<3

Great shop and service. I've ordered with them twice so far and both experiences have been great. Production and shipping were very fast both times, the toys are high quality, and their prices are very fair and reasonable imo. As someone who has suffered from sticker shock when shopping with other shops in this niche (like Uncover Creations) and seeing the final price of their toy double after selecting a size that's actually usable and some basic customization, I was genuinely, positively shocked at their pricing when I bought my first toy from Neotori (like, what do you mean the final price I'm going to pay is actually the one shown on the listing AND I get to pick custom colors for it, too?? In this economy???).

Overall, there are just many small details that make me like shopping with them, and you can tell that the people running the shop do so with a lot of love and attention to detail - from the illustrations on the bags the toys come with to the fun merch they have (love me a good hand towel for the guest bathroom lol) and the Discord server, there's just a lot of care put into everything.

Also, I love that they give you the option to narrow down the color selection for the "Surprise Me" option between regular, pastel, and glow in the dark - wish more shops did this as I'm usually reluctant to pick Surprise Me out of fear of ending up having paid €€€ for a toy I don't like the look of.

There aren't that many designs that appeal to me personally at the moment, but I'll definitely check back for any future toys they'll release. (Also: special shoutout to whoever came up with the design for Thorvald. Damn. That thing is genuinely incredible, 10/10)

10/10
quick for a custom pour and flawless product

It was delivered quickly and the quality of the Product is impeccable. A wonderful experience and guaranteed to be no pain in the b*tt :)

Very fast shipping even from across the pond, and the extras that were packed in with my purchase were very cute!

Communication was great. They updated me through every step in delivery. My toy of choice has a nice velvety, soft touch to it. The custom pour I ordered came (Ha!) with mini-gummies that were very delicious.

1000/10 customer service. Would buy again.

Amazing products, great designs, great communication, fast delivery.
I've ordered several of their toys (most of them custom pours) over the past few years and I've never had any issues. They always come out just as (or oftentimes better than) expected. If you try to get in touch, the people you talk to are the same people designing and pouring your toys and it shows. No notes.

First time buyer! Loved the product really great quality, website explains what you should get, firmness, great colour choices. Really happy with mine and would love to get another at some point!

My order arrived one day before anticipated. Beautiful and well thought out designs, quality material, and beautiful colors. Funny back stories for the models and cute drawings of the fantasy Lore figures.
Nice cotton bag for storage and well described basic care of the items.
I love the adoption cards with the information of the date the material was poured and the name of the artist who made it. There are extensive informations on the backside about how to use and basic care. And I love the Minis that came with each of the items, they are so cute! And there was a mini bag of candy with each item, thanks a lot!
All in all a very positive experience. You get quality and good value for the money. I look forward to try out the items.
I highly recommend this company and if you have special requests, you can build your own item from scratch. Just select the model and then you can specify how you want it, size, colors, firmness, etc. You can even decide the designs of the storage bags.

Thank you so much. I'm very happy with my purchase and I definitely will come back for other items.

Tbh the only brand I but toys from
The quality is amazing and I adore the design.
I recommend the side to most of my friends and I would always buy again!!

Great Quality + its relatively local, so shipping doesn't take long.
I have never been disappointed with anything they made and I really like the "surprise me" color option.
the storage Bag is a nice bonus.

product was exactly what i asked for. though, my eyes are larger than i thought.

Easy to navigate when purchasing shape, size and colour. They do have discrete packaging for shipping.
I got an extra special note with my order. Quality-made toy, I picked a small one with a firm feeling.

Great quality, European brand. Has various silicon toys and sizes. Any questions were answered in 1-2 business days and customer service was pleasant experience.

Ordered a custom toy, had an easy time finding the color I wanted thanks to their very comprehensive color guide, 2 days later it was ready and shipped, and 2 days later it arrived! Package was also quite lovingly packed. Would recommend & would love to order again
