Good quality panels

After searching many sites for…
After searching many sites for composite decking in 5 metre lengths, i chose Neowall for the following reasons:
1. Their product looked superior to other sites.
2. Their composite decking was dual coloured, so had a choice of Teak & Choco Brown.
3. They offered free delivery, when other companies were going to charge between £155 & £200, even for orders over £850!!
4. After placing order, i had to contact customer service to delay delivery, this was dealt with by Jake, who was very helpul and understanding.
5. The delivery was straight forward and the driver was friendly and helped me to carry decking into my back garden.
6.The product is excellent and of very good quality, compared to my previous composite decking which was bought from a competitora few years ago.
If i had one complaint, i was not giving a stipulated timeslot, but the delivery was to Newcastle from Leicester, but a phone call to Neowall sorted that.
I would definitely buy from this company again and highly recommend them, good company, good product and exvellent customer service.

Very disappointing experience
I ordered two wall panels, only to be contacted yesterday and told that both were actually out of stock, despite still being shown as available on the website.
As you can imagine, I was disappointed, particularly as I had placed the order based on the stock showing as available. I was told they would try to source two panels and would call me back. After waiting several hours, I called back twiceand was eventually told that the manager was trying to locate them and that I would receive a call back by the end of the day.
No one called me back.
I contacted them again this morning and was told by the same person that they had been unable to source any. I also questioned why the panels were still showing as available online. I was told the website would be updated later, yet I could see that the stock information had already been updated yesterday and the panels were still showing as available.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed and I would be reluctant to order from this retailer again.

I would like to explain that the reason it took some time to come back to you was because we were making every effort to locate the two panels for you. We checked our available stock and explored whether we could source them elsewhere, as we wanted to find a solution rather than simply tell you they were unavailable. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we were unable to locate them.
That said, we should have kept you updated during this process, and I apologise that you had to contact us again for an answer. We are also reviewing why the website continued to show the panels as available.
We’re sorry that this experience has left you disappointed. We genuinely value our customers and will use your feedback to improve both our stock management and communication.

Great product and great service
Great product and great service, bought some cladding to clad my outdoor kitchen in and the effect looks great, communication was also great throughout, I've now ordered more in a different colour for some other cladding

Quality decking, that looks great.
I chose Neowall as the decking looked great and the website was laid out easily for me to see and order what I needed. I had a few questions, so called up and Jake was extremely helpful.
The website had clear installation instructions, with tips, pointers and ideas.
I ordered the sample pack, with the 4 different colours, which was good.
The decking was straightforward to work with, install and everything worked out well, resulting in a great addition to the outside space.

Ordered yesterday and delivered today. Delivery driver called me 1 hour before delivery, he also helped me carry all of the decking into my back garden. 5 out of 5 all round.

Amazing company
The customer service with Neowall has been absolutely amazing. Quick, clear and friendly advise recieved. Delivery was really quick, despite being at the other end of the UK. The driver who brought this north even put all the boards in the back garden out of the way. Now the boards have been laid and most of the garden has been sorted, we are over the moon with the result. Thank you to all at Neowall.

Composite decking is no good
Composite decking is no good , don’t buy it. Hot day all the joint going separate, length going large and after hot again it’s going small. Really waste of money.

Composite decking will naturally expand and contract with changes in temperature, which is why it is important that the manufacturer's installation guidelines are followed, particularly regarding expansion gaps and fixing methods. When installed correctly, this movement is accommodated within the design of the deck.

Wanted a quick fix after I was scammed…
Wanted a quick fix after I was scammed by a builder, this left me on a tight budget. I had great communication from jake, we had a small hiccup with the order but it was quickly and professionally rectified 👍 the product its self feels sturdy and well made. Much stronger than other panel samples I'd also received. Yesterday the panels were installed, and wow, they look fantastic. The first person I sent a photo to, actually thought I was in a high end hotel. Very modern, sleak, yet natural look. I'm now looking at where else I can use more in my house 💯 recommend.
My plumber added, easy to cut and fit 👍👍
