I tried to cancel my account due to inactivity. No refund of existing money in the account. No response to initial email and two subsequent emails requesting follow-up.
Reliable service, good pricing, but we were really impressed with their support actually.

Net2Phones is the absolute worst phone provider I have ever dealt with. Customer service has no idea what they are doing. Wasted dozens of hours troubleshooting to never get to the solution and 50 emails later they upgrade support to a 'Tier 1' rep who still struggled to fix the problems. After countless issues and failures on net2phones service and wanting to cancel they will not let us. STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
Cancellation is a nightmare. No option easily visible anywhere, or by googling how to cancel account.
