Angel is helpful and friendly, very good customer support

I was a little scared that I was talking to an AI chatbot at first lol. France was very friendly and professional, and was able to help me set up my modem very quickly and easily.

The agent, Zack was friendly, respectful, and most helpful in rectifying shipping of my equipment. Excellent customer service!

The Internet service was a joke. They kept saying reset the router and after several weeks struggling with them, I had enough! I realized that Netcrawler could not provide a functional service. They charged me to return the router even though it was their own fault that I was terminating their so-call service. I would definitely NOT recommend them as a service provider.

austin was quick and helpful packing my order with the specific hardware i needed.

Angel answered my questions quickly and when she needed to she got confirmation. Shortest support call I've ever had with any provider!

Zack was super supportive with helping me get my wifi back up and running. he was patient the entire time, god bless him. i was a bit frustrated at the beginning but he really did help. im super grateful for his help today and would recommend people get him for their issues.

I had a minor issue with a failed payment fee caused by the recent billing portal migration. I reached out via live chat and spoke with Austin, who was extremely helpful, understanding, and quick to act. He got approval to refund the fee in just a few minutes! Excellent customer service and super fast resolution. Highly recommended!

I found the model # of my Samsung tv on the side of the tv. I googled if the make/model was a smart tv. NO IT’S not. It’s too old. I had always thought it was ….

I then googled how to stream to my make/model. I found some helpful info.

I then asked which streaming device would be best for my make/model. Two options came up. I then asked which of the two would be best suited for my make/model of tv. Based on that comparison, I made my decision which to purchase. I went out, bought it and followed the prompts to install it (no rushing!). A fire stick was recommended. Roku came in as second best choice.

It took about an hour, but I was finally
able to install all the apps (Netflix, YouTube, Crave, etc. that I wanted.

It cost me $30+tax for the streaming device but I’m now happily streaming to my tv, And the monthly price is much better than I was previously paying. All in all - so far, so good. Hopefully it stays that way.

My original review….

I just switched to Netcrawler a couple of days ago. Support for installing/activating the hardware was good. A couple of minor things prevented me from giving it a higher rating.
1) I had to specifically ask for a gateway modem/router with built in wifi. Not sure what my install experience would have been had I not done so.
2) Before purchasing, I asked if streaming to my tv would be possible. I was told that it was. However, I was not informed that I would require a separate streaming device (eg: Roku or Fire Stick) in order for it to work. I have an old fire stick but have lost the remote for it. I'll have to spend additional money to get a new one before I'll know for sure if str eaming will actually work for me.

Extremely responsive, understanding, kind, and really understood what I was saying. 10/10.

Not a user of this internet yet so I cannot comment on its qaulity, however, I can comment on their customer service :) France helped me out and they were great. France answered all my questions promptly and in great detail and even sent me a picture of what the appropriate outlet should look like for the internet set up. Great customer service!!
