It’s no secret that home purchase transactions are complicated and a stressful process. The team at Network capital, specifically Ian James and Natalie V, are the ideal support during the process. I had a complicated file, with out-of-state signing, multiple factors, and so many caveats. This team did what no other lender could I contacted get done and they did it the right way. The team kept me confident during the process, stayed in constant communication, and didn’t run from my 1000 questions. Even as I didn’t have a realtor, I was able to navigate the process seamlessly. Ian was informative with so much knowledge and got us the best program suited for our situation. Natalie V was efficient, responsive, and when I tell you her team worked around the clock, they worked so hard with so many late nights. My situation was unique, as I had to remove my co-borrower from the loan, and the interest rate wasn't close to my original, making monthly payments and assumptions impossible.
