Excellent service from start to finish. The annual security maintenance visit was carried out professionally and efficiently. The technician was punctual, courteous and thorough, taking the time to check everything carefully and explain any findings clearly.
It was reassuring to have the security system fully inspected and maintained, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend the service and will be happy to use them again for future maintenance.

We have been with network security for 3 years now! Just had our 3rd service, the lads were friendly, explained everything and went above and beyond. Our unit dropped signal and we were not in a position to connect to the Wi-fi due to the panel being too far from the internet modem (Our issue). The lads offered to move the unit but I didn’t want it in sight so they replaced the sim in the unit and got it back up and running. Would recommend, thanks a million

Just had my yearly service done by Network and as usual everything went according to plan
The technician arrived at the pre arranged date and time.He upgraded my system and changed all batteries

From the first phone call to Nerwork Security I knew I was dealing with very professional, polite and courteous people. They give you exactly what they say . No hidden extras. I highly recommend this company. Ramy, the engineer that installed the alarm was so neat and tidy. I would highly recommend him.

From start to finish, this is an excellent service. The fitting of the CCTV cameras and alarm was professional and straightforward. The app on the phone is easy to use and the demo provided by the engineer is easy to understand. All in a first class service, I would highly recommend.

I rang for technical help after making a mess of app and passwords, excellent service, had it all working again in five minutes.

Our monitoring alarm system went down on the 9th of July . After multiple attempts to contact Network Security and requesting call backs we eventually got a call out arranged for the 31st of July.
This call out solved absolutely nothing and we were informed the box needs replacing. I was then advised a further call out would take a further two wks to schedule bringing us up to 14th August.

When I questioned what have I actually paid for since the 9th July considering the alarm is broken and you are monitoring nothing I was met with silence. I followed up with calls to Network Security accounts and every other department only to be fobbed off at every turn.
On 12th August I rang to confirm a time for our appointment on the 14th and was given an evening slot between 2-5. Of course on the 14th I received a text message at 12pm saying the engineer would be with us in 30 minutes. We both work. We can't just leave because you are on the way. Two half days have now been taken and the system is still not fixed. Today the 17th August the control panel and fob are still not working. We rang to be talked through a reset by a man that seemed in an awful rush to be out the door by 4.45 and basically hung up on us with the issue not solved. I will be cancelling my direct debit and leaving your company

From the beginning, dealing with this company has been such an improvement on the previous company I had. Arranging installation was no problem and bringing it forward due to the incalcitrance of pw was done with courtesy. The installation technicians were prompt, professional and tidy as well as courteous and helpful. I also noted how the senior technician was so respectful to the junior colleague that he was training. Great team Charles, Eddie and Oleh, also must mention helpful booking team. Thank you. I will be referring a friend today. The price is also much better than what I was paying a competitor for the past 6 years.

Dreadful company to deal with, company will move heaven and earth to sell you their product , but when you have a problem they disappear.

System started having problems, booked a service and despite telling them the time I wouldn’t be home at a certain time (in the morning due to the school run) they still called out during that time, booked a second time and you guessed it the same thing occurred (I was just leaving the house this time to do the school run and wouldnt be be back for 45 mins), when I asked the service agent he (was very apologetic) informed that the office doesn’t pass along that type of information.

When I contacted the office about the debacle and asked why I wasn’t contacted in advance by the service agent to ensure I was at home, I was told they don’t do that..

Booked a third time.. and nobody even showed up🤷‍♂️. Will be leaving as soon as my contract is up.

Marco came out to refit a sensor and do a routine service on our alarm system. He was very efficient and worked hard. He was a pleasure to deal with as were the office and service staff organising the call out.

Network Security answered all my questions on what was on offer and available and I found the fitting date and procedures of fitting the system by the engineer was very helpful. Any phones calls made to there head office support services was always answered positively.
