Replacement Unit
Fern was very helpful in trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with my icemaker. Unfortunately, it could not be saved, so Fern facilitated the shipment of a new unit to replace the malfunctioning one. Super helpful!

Hilary W assistance with NewAir bev fridge loud grinding noise
Hilary W. was helpful and timely in response to bev fridge making loud grinding noises. Emailed replied in less than stated 24hr business turn around. Was professional and provided information what the repair might need to be. Courtesy and did a good job overall and with follow through. Got part on order and made that process easy and straightforward and I'm hopeful that the repair part will address the loud noise. 5 star service and assistance.

Great customer service from NewAir
My NewAir cooler started to have cooling issues after 10 years of ownership. Where other companies would just say to buy a new unit, Laurellee at NewAir helped diagnose the problem, was kind and responsive, and helped me order replacement parts (with instructions). Great service all around!
