First one damaged, second one damaged. Won’t refund. Don’t trust them

II had the best experience with customer service representative Ionie. She is respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, and decisive in her responses and actions. She was a true delight to work with. The problem was handled professionally and swiftly. Ionie should be lauded for her knowledge and professionalism.

Great customer experience from NewAir. Called to confirm exact measurements with leveling feet installed and received an immediate response. Fern also helped me get a replacement part as one part came damaged in shipping. Great quality product even better customer service. Thanks Fern!!!

Purchased a NEWAIR Wine and Beverage Fridge 2/7/26. A couple of months later the temperature inside the unit began to fluctuate on its own which resulted in intermediate shut offs for the unit. I immediately reached out to NEWAIR, spoke with
Hilary Waight, Customer Solutions Services, who immediately put my mind at ease by listening and understanding my problem. Hilary begin with troubleshooting the issue and then to resolution. She was extremely professional and clear and provided a great experience in customer care.......Thank You Hilary!!!

I had some issues with a Newair Boveda Electric Cigar Humidor holding humidity. I contacted Newair for help. Ionie Castro worked with me in trying several different approaches in trying to get the humidity up and holding at an acceptable level. The temprature was spot on but the humidity would never stabilize. Finally, Ionie recommended returning it to Best Buy and replacing the unit. Best Buy would not accept a return because the unit was purchased on line and “ through a Marketplace” . I got back to Ionie and she picked up the ball, took the responsibility for the defective unit and got a replacement unit approved that same day. She and sent me a shipping order within and hour of getting the approval. Great customer service, great communication skills. Highly recommend Ionie and Newair. Also recommend ordering direct from Newair rather than Best Buy.

We purchased a relatively expensive ($800) beverage refrigerator (NBC224SS00) from Lowes. That part was fine. When we got it home & I unpacked it I destroyed the front grill & support bracket on the bottom-front just by removing it from the shipping package base. The bottom of the appliance is do poorly designed that it can be damaged that badly simply by removing it from the shipping base. All I did was "walk" it off of the Styrofoam base. That's it! That's fine, but now I can't get the replacement parts necessary to restore it to new spec "because it's made in China". I don't have a problem paying for the parts, I destroyed it myself even though it is VERY poorly designed. Now I have an $800 paper weight that we will give away to someone who doesn't care about esthetics. DO NOT PURCHASE. I'M SURE THAT IF ANYHTING BREAKS IT WON'T BE ABLE TO FIX/REPLACE IT, unless you like being told that there's nothing that we can do by the manufacturer.
