Excellent customer service from start to finish! Laurallee was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. She answered all of my questions, was quick to help, and made the entire process easy. I highly recommend them!

I initially thought they had good customer service but when unit never made it I could not get return calls, or responses to my emails…had to call from alternate phone for someone to answer and still waiting on replacement- UPS supposedly lost my shipment?

Reached out to due to an issue with an ice maker I purchased. Laurellee made the process as simple as possible and ultimately resolved the problem. She listened and responded quickly to any questions with clear answers. She was patient and understanding which is appreciated.

Ionie did a terrific job walking me through the problem that I had with a wine cooler and helping me resolve the issue quickly. She was responsive, helpful and professional....I value customer service. If it were not for Ionie, I most likely would not have given New Air another chance and would have purchased a different brand given the fact this New Air product did not work out of the box.

Hilary was amazing and extremely helpful and I appreciate all the help. I do customer service too and Hilary was amazing.

Timely response and part numbers for replacement from Laurelee.

My countertop ice maker acted as if it was time to purchase a new one and Laurellee came to my rescue! Her troubleshooting and cleaning information helped and my unit is working better than it has for a year or two. Laurellee exemplies excellent customer service; kind, patient, knowlegeable and a stay with it attitude.

HIilary with Newair was excellent. I received timely replies to my questions and was provided the information I needed to make informed decisions. Customer service was very good.

Laurellee was so very helpful. She was able to help be get the parts I need and her response time was very fast!
