When I ask for a quote, the response back was very fast from Laurellee and at the time I did not know my boss was ask for the same quote and she ask about that and I told her I will let my boss take it over but she was still very nice and sent me the quote anyways.

I love the customer service. I have contacted 3 times, and satisfied every time. All the agents are knowledgeable, willing to help, friendly and fast. The product I have (33 bottle wine cooler) didn't last long, thus, not my favorite. But I love the customer service. Therefore, I will continue to use this brand.

We had an issue with the first appliance received. I reached out via customer support from Amazon directly to Newair and was connected with a representative Hilary. She was empowered to do everything needed to resolve our issue. She followed up in a timely manner, she checked in to ensure we had what we needed and what else we needed to provide to Newair in order to come to resolution. Hilary took what could have been a negative situation and completely turned the experience around for us.

But , she called me back later in the day because of the missed called and started working on fixing the issue I had with my unit.
