The blind colour we ordered was…

The blind colour we ordered was discontinued so we got an email to let us know. Offered a slightly different colour which was fine but when it arrived it was not as described on the website (aluminum not wood) and the metal slat at the bottom of the blind (Venetian style) was full of rust and the paint was bubbling. Finally, no fitting instructions included.

Review amended - Feb 2026. Aftercare fantastic and no quibbles about collection and refund of the faulty blind. Rating changed to 5 star as once the issue was identified New Blinds couldn't have responded and rectified the situation any more quickly.

Looking at your order I can see that you have ordered the from the Aluminium range. I have looked through the emails but cannot see that you have reported the issues you have raised with our customer service team. 

Please could you send over a photo showing the rust and bubbling and we will get this looked at urgently for you as they should not have arrived like this.

Somfy Blind Charger

The new charger came and now able to charge the Somfy blinds and get them working again.
However the delivery was very slow even allowing for Christmas and New Year and relatively expensive for such a small package

Overall very satisfied.

These blinds are of good quality and reasonably priced and they look great. I ordered 10 in total. I made a mistake with the original order (I had only ordered 9). Emailed the company and was told that I would have to place a separate order for the other one. Anna advised that she would ensure that the factory knew of is and would hold back the original order so that all the blinds could be delivered together and this is what happened. My other mistake (yes, another one!) was to assume that the glass of each of the conservatory windows was the same depth. The brackets for the top windows were too small therefore did not fit. I contacted them again and Anna arranged (at extra cost) to send out the larger brackets. I could not argue about the extra cost as it was entirely my fault and it wasn't much.
Overall very happy with my interactions the only frustrating bit was not being able to phone the company and actually speak to someone. This said, all my emails were acted upon quickly and efficiently and all issues resolved.

Thank you for taking the time out to send your feedback, we really appreciate it and are pleased you are happy with your no drill roller blinds. 
Please note that the factory cut off lead times for before Christmas delivery were the 05/12/2025, 5pm, so any orders placed after this date were subject to start production on our return back from the Christmas close down from the 5th January 2026 and put on our standard lead times of 5-7 working days from this date. There was a note online advising all this information prior to ordering.

Nice blind

Nice blind, but you cannot call them for love nor money.
I have 5 more blinds I want to order, but some are complicated and need verbal advice.

New kitchen blinds

New blinds arrived before Christmas as stated on ordering but power supply missing, had a couple of days before Christmas to dispatch but did not send till 6/1/26 then took till 12/1/26 to be delivered, so no working blinds over Christmas and new year.

The blinds are very good quality

The blinds are very good quality. Customer services are very helpful and from ordering to receiving my blinds was very quick. Altogether I was very pleased and would shop with Newblinds again.

Good quality blinds

Good quality blinds. But first one was delivered damaged. Customer services were excellent and arranged a replacement within a few days.
Very accurately measured and made and easy to fit.

Good quality - great for our bifold doors

Quality is good. Very easy to put up. I was worried there’d be a big bunch of fabric at the top but I was pleasantly surprised at how little space they take when fully up. Definitely keep the room warmer and provide some privacy. wish I’d seen these before! We struggled a bit programming the remote but got there eventually (YouTube helped). Can highly recommend.

Arrived fairly promptly and well…

Arrived fairly promptly and well packed. No instructions enclosed. Slight difficulty with assembly. Very stiff to slide up and down when fitted in place so will just use tilt blades as often as possible. It looks nice though.

I’m very sorry that the instructions were not included in the package with your blind — they should have been, and I apologise for the oversight.
The raise‑and‑lower operation can feel a little tight at first, as the blind is held under tension. This will ease slightly with use. However, if you’d prefer, we can provide guidance on how to release a small amount of tension to make the operation smoother. Good blind at a decent price

So pleased with our blind. After being disappointed with another company, we went back to the drawing board and looked at Newblinds. We were able to find an extra large blind to fit our window which seemed impossible elsewhere. It was a really good price and arrived quickly. It looks fab in our window. My only gripe would be the lack of communication when the blind had been despatched and when we could expect delivery. Unbeknown to us, it had been delivered and left in our garden all weekend, with no notification. Worth it in the end though. Gemma was helpful too.

So pleased you are happy with your Venetian blind but really sorry about the courier issue, they should not just leave goods like this and if they do they should leave a card to explain where they have left the goods.
