They actually answer the phone during business hours and were very helpful. I wasn’t sure if I had to renew my business or what form needed to be filed. They were patient with my questions and I could even understand them because they are American!

Not an honest company. Deceptive, dishonest and a complete rip-off. You can tell by their use of .org which many people relate to a not for profit.

They send deceptive communications to you that appear to be from other official sources about required filings for your business. Businesses already pay enough without getting ripped off from companies such as this.

If you are looking for honesty, do not use this company. Save yourself a lot of $$ and file your reports yourself. Unfortunately, I was a victim of their deception.

WHAT I NEEDED DONE WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND THE AGENT WAS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. I USUALLY DISLKE PHONE OPERATIONS, BUT YOUR AGRNT MADE IT EASY.

Fraudulently poses as a government mailing. If you are unfortunate enough to fall for it, your annual business filing of $15 per business will cost you an additional $160. Its par for the course that they flood Trustpilot with 5 star reviews to pretend to be a legitimate company.

Sent me an email threatening my business would be dissolved or fined $500/day if I didn't file through their provided link. This email came during my filing month and I had previously received notice from the Secretary of State that it was time...so I (unfortunately) did not pay close enough attention to WHO this threatening email was from. Although it appears to be from a .org email, it is in fact a predatory third-party company collecting insane amounts of money ($150!!!) to do what I can do in 5 minutes FOR FREE through the state of Idaho. Ugh. Lesson learned, but I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General in Idaho.

Also, after reading their responses to other 1 star reviews...THEY ARE WELL AWARE WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS A SCAM!! All of the reviews above 1 star are obviously fake profiles with AI-generated anecdotes about how "patient" and "kind" the people at this company are. GROSS!!

Scam company. DO NOT send them your money or bank account information. Fake company.

Scam website! Trying to get personal info and CC of businesses

They send me a letter looks like an official letter with a QR code. But charge me $175 more than what SCC charge of $50. Luckily I checked SCC website.

Absolute scam. Shady business. stay away from at all cost! $157 fee to file a business renewal that still only takes 3 minutes whether you use their service or file on your states website.

Scam filing send out notices to renew your LLC registration and billing with an added $200 to the normally 50 bill from the state. Avoid at all costs.

Ripoff website. They sent me mail to my home address for business filing. I knew it was coming up so I thought nothing of it until I saw the price went up by more than 2 times compared to last year. They're basically soliciting business owners close to renewing their filing and redirecting them to their scummy website instead of the actual state website where it will take you the same amount of time and with less than half the price to do what they claim to do for you.

This is a scam! Predatory company pretending to be the state filing platform for small business but are actually a third party charging high for the same registration. Appeared I was filing directly with government when I was not.

Predatory company preying on uneducated business owners. Sent me a letter that my annual filing was past due, with a QR code. I scanned it and immediately realized that it didn't take me to the Secretary of State website. Went to the SoS website, and my annual filing was up to date.

It is totally false!

They Sends False or Misleading Letters hoping to get you to sign up with them for filing what most people can file for themselves on their respective Secretary of Website. At least with the Louisiana Secretary of State.

I say false because it States that my annual report was overdue on 3/24/2025. It goes on to say my newly formed LLC was in jeopardy of being administratively dissolved had I not caught on the the “may be”

The date they claimed the Past Due Annual Report was due was the date of it being approved as an LLC!

This scare tactic statement is nothing more than a phishing scam to get your information in hopes that you hire them to do what you can do for yourself without additional fees from them.

TriVets4Vets LLC, was formed March 24, 2025. Is current and not required to file an annual report until March 2026. That’s almost 8 months from their Past Due Date!

5 Star Reviews say they are good.
They may provide the services that they state in a timely manner but at unnecessary added expenses (their charge) from other reviews of at least $175!

They seek your business through less than honorable means. To me that makes them a less than honorable business!!!!

I will be filing a complaint against them with the State and Federal Agencies regarding misleading or scare tactics claims.

While they may not have broken the law because they used “may be”, they are definitely not being honest in their approach. When dealing with legal matters, especially with Government do you want to rely on such deceptive statements from the company you choose?

These guys are preying on the ignorant. Business records are public record, and they take advantage of small business owners by sending them letters, the month of the license's expiration date, and threaten to dissolve their LLC if they don't refile. I knew mine was up this month and this letter was on my desk, on top of the state's actual renewal notice. I read the fine print and had my suspicions. Followed the link and went through the process, just to see what it looked like. When they wanted to charge me $175 I decided it was enough and went directly to Utah's business licensing website on their .gov page and renewed....for $18.00.

These guys are a scam.

Bottom Feeders!!! Received letter threatening my business could be dissolved or revoked in the future. They provided a QRcode to scan and file.
You don't need to pay this middle man. Just file with the State.
If they were up front about not being a representative of the State instead of putting it in the Hard to Read print at the bottom, it would be an honest company. As it is, they pretend to be the State and use scare tactics to make a profit. Bottom Feeders!!!
