Absolutely shocking seller
Absolutely shocking seller. The blind they send me had been cut appallingly, it would not fit the brackets. I requested a return in November 2025 and 7 months later they respond with return not accepted. I ordered from New Edge Blinds via the Tesco marketplace website and expected better from them.

Don't use this company !!!
I haven't received the blinds I ordered. This company says they will refund me when they know they are getting them back from the courier. The couriers web site says they haven't received them. A respectable company would pay the customer back not procrastinate to someone who paid on trust. 2 weeks overdue .
So their reply told me to ring and I still aren't getting the blinds or a refund

Superb customer service
Superb customer service from New Edge Blinds.
Originally, I purchased a curtain pole through The Range Marketplace and, when there was a problem with the order, I dealt with The Range customer service team. Unfortunately, the experience became very frustrating and I was left with the impression that New Edge Blinds were disputing the issue.
Once I was able to communicate directly with New Edge Blinds, the difference was night and day.
Their communication was professional, polite and helpful from the outset. They listened to my concerns, reviewed the case immediately and took ownership of resolving the issue. By 9am the following morning they had already investigated what had happened, apologised for the inconvenience and arranged for a full refund.
What impressed me most was that they treated me like a person rather than sending generic responses. They explained what had happened, acknowledged my frustration and worked hard to put things right.
Mistakes can happen with any business. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and New Edge Blinds handled the situation professionally and very politely once it was brought to their attention.
Thank you to the team for taking the time to investigate the matter and resolve it so quickly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending New Edge Blinds. In my experience, they have provided first-class customer service, excellent communication and a genuine commitment to resolving issues fairly and professionally. And I would use them again. 10/10

Wish I was able to put 0 stars, pathetic company and treat their customers in a disgraceful manner. And no doubt this review will be requested to be deleted because that’s what they like to do. Do not waste your time ordering off sites that use their company or expect to be disappointed with faulty products and refused to replace or refund. Shit show!

Poor doesn’t begin to cover this
Customer service is poor, takes weeks to get a response and they make little effort to resolve any issues. They charge for returns for faulty items and imply customers are liars in correspondence. If I could give this zero stars I would. They really are completely inept.

We are sorry you feel this way, but we do not feel this is a fair reflection of the correspondence.
We respond to customer messages as quickly as possible, and in this case we replied within 1 working day, including outside normal working hours over the bank holiday weekend.
We also do not charge for confirmed faulty returns. The return was originally raised by yourself as an unsuitable/fit issue, and the missing fittings point was raised afterwards, so we explained that this would need to be reviewed before being treated as a confirmed fault return.
We made efforts to assist, including advising on the return process and explaining the next steps available.
We also want to be clear that we have not called you a liar or intended to imply this. We are sorry you felt that way, but that was not our intention.

I ordered blinds from New Edge Blinds via Amazon but the courier damaged the box and lost the brackets. The customer service I received from New Edge Blinds was exemplary - someone to actually speak to and really helpful follow up emails to keep me updated. The brackets arrived in 2 days and the blinds were super easy to put up. The blinds look great in my bathroom, are of high quality and really well priced. I would definitely recommend New Edge Blinds based on the quality of the product, ease of installation and great customer service.

I ordered a blackout curtain rail in antique brass
The quality is lovely and certainly does the job of blocking the light out.
When I had to contact the company on the delivery they was quick to respond and tracked the parcel for me then a back up email to see if it had come .
Customer service very good

Broken but brilliant customer service
Blind arrived and was broken. When I contacted the team another one was sent out immediately and arrived a day later. Communication was fast and to a real person. New blind works just fine.
