Newentor Australia Reviews

Good Investment
I purchased a 5 cm Topper, and two pillows for a recently bought new mattress (wasn’t aware of Newentor mattresses then).I am impressed with the pilow comfort and the opportunity to configure them to your preferred height.
I use the topper on the mattress, but I also tried it directly on a carpeted floor for a few nights, and I’m perfectly comfortable either way.

Purchased a mattress, it was way to hard. Emailed about my refund that they advertise, they said I need to trial it for 30 days first. After 30 days, I asked for my refund. They said someone would contact me from the Salvos to collect it. No one contacted me so I had to contact Newentor again myself. Newenter said I am outside the pick up zone for the Salvos and I will need to donate/dispose of the mattress myself and provide evidence before receiving my refund. Very dissapointing customer service. Newentor, you promote yourselves for 120 day refund but make customers jump through hoops to actually receive the refund. Will not be shopping here EVER again or recommending your store to anyone.

Good customer service and timely delivery.
The sleeping in this mattress so far comfortable.

This mattress topper is exactly as described. Very comfortable and best sleep ever. Highly recommended for softening a mattress that is too hard, but still gives you the back support you need.

Good quality and quick delivery

Newentor Memory Foam Mattress Topper Ver good, I bought 10cm one firm and support my lower back, on time delivery

Great pillow that is helping my neck pain whilst sleeping.

very comfrotable

the mattress was delivered quickly and is very comfortable

The quality is well worth what you pay for. Easy to open from the box.

Great delivery service and easy to transport into my unit.. best bed I’ve ever slept on.

So comfy!
I’d been dealing with a really sore back from co-sleeping with my baby on a folded mattress on the floor, so I finally decided to upgrade our setup. I reused a memory foam mattress topper we bought a few years ago, and it made such a noticeable difference—my back feels so much better now. We ended up getting another one for our main bedroom, and my partner is really impressed too, especially since he had been struggling with shoulder pain. After a couple of weeks, he’s feeling much better.

The package arrived quickly without any hassle, and the whole experience was smooth. Definitely worth it and highly recommended.

Super prompt delivery, great compact packaging, easy to open and assemble. The bed is sooo comfortable just excellent!

Product rated well online and received good reviews. As much as delivery was slightly delayed due to weather conditions in the east, updates were regular and delivery person was pleasant and helpful. External box was damaged, but fortunately didn't impact on the mattress.

Reliable brand, quick delivery and great quality.

This mattress is fantastic. As a nurse with a very bad back, I can sleep without pain for the first time in years.
Thank you!

The machine i s great , a little noisy but not too bad it is easy to set up and operate , sorry about the length of time it took to reply but i have only recently needed to use it

Easy to order mattress. Arrived quickly in a box. Once opened, the mattress was substantial and provided medium to firm support. Both my husband and I both find it to be very comfortable and great value for money. We would purchase this mattress again.

I bought 2 Queens and a Single. All of them are Hybrid range mattresses. Best decision I ever made.
