Best mattress I have ever slept on. I was a tad sceptic when it arrived (conveniently vacuum sealed and rolled up), as it felt quite firm. But within a minute of testing it, we knew this is a good product. We have slept better than ever before since we've had the mattress - it has been nearly 3 weeks now. Have recommended it to friends, who will also purchase it!

Very good product I love the fact the pillows can be adjusted in height this was a great surprise when I received them ,the bed topper has made a Hughe difference to the bed making it super comfortable. All received in super quick time and well packaged .

Great product, speedy delivery and exceptional customer service

The top layers of both queen and king sizes pulled off. The same thing happened to the super king size that I bought and it was replace, but I decided not to complain anymore. However, I doubt if I would want to buy it in the future. Ive bought at least 7 pieces of the product between 2025 to 2026. The ones I bought in 2025 were very good and no damage, but the super king, king size and queen size were all bad experiences and I feel so bad.

Wonderful mattress topper that only took a week to arrive .Easy to unpack from box .We let the mattress expand for 24 before lying on it .We have had the most comfortable night's sleep since using it.The mattress topper really makes a difference.

Good Investment
I purchased a 5 cm Topper, and two pillows for a recently bought new mattress (wasn’t aware of Newentor mattresses then).I am impressed with the pilow comfort and the opportunity to configure them to your preferred height.
I use the topper on the mattress, but I also tried it directly on a carpeted floor for a few nights, and I’m perfectly comfortable either way.

Purchased a mattress, it was way to hard. Emailed about my refund that they advertise, they said I need to trial it for 30 days first. After 30 days, I asked for my refund. They said someone would contact me from the Salvos to collect it. No one contacted me so I had to contact Newentor again myself. Newenter said I am outside the pick up zone for the Salvos and I will need to donate/dispose of the mattress myself and provide evidence before receiving my refund. Very dissapointing customer service. Newentor, you promote yourselves for 120 day refund but make customers jump through hoops to actually receive the refund. Will not be shopping here EVER again or recommending your store to anyone.
