I was sceptical at first, however I wake with no neck, hip or back pain whatsoever. Would recommend.

I’ve been really happy with this…
I’ve been really happy with this mattress topper. It’s firm and very comfortable, and it has solved the problem of my mattress being too soft and uneven. It provides much better support and has made sleeping much more comfortable.
The only downside was the delivery. One corner of the cardboard box was damaged when it arrived, and there was a dirty mark on one area of the mattress topper. Fortunately, it didn’t affect the overall quality of the product, but I hope the company can pay more attention to the packaging and handling during shipping in the future.

We’re delighted the topper works perfectly for you. We feel sorry about the poor packaging during delivery. Your comment will help us make improvements for all future orders.
Underestimated the mattress that out performed my expectations.
The delivery was quick and the courier service chosen was great with their service. The delivery man moved the extremely heavy mattress into the house for me instead of leaving it outside the house. The mattress arrived safely without a tear on the packaging.

Everything was as promised
Everything was as promised. Delivered before advised.
Quality is spot on and so comfortably perfect for a great night's sleep. We tossed out a 2 year old plush mattress, bought from a large bedding shop that cost us $2000 for this new mattress. Best buy ever. Thankyou guys.

No impressed with support, comfort or delivery
Husband doesn't think it's particularly comfortable. Not much different to the previous mattress we thought lacked support and comfort.
Mattress arrived , left at door. Extremely heavy for a small 80 year old to move. Hurt my back.

Thank you for your honest review. We’re sorry the mattress fails to meet your comfort expectation and regret you injured your back moving the heavy parcel alone. We’ll note your feedback on comfort and delivery arrangement for future improvement.

The delivery company is absolutely dreadful
The delivery company used to send this to me was hard to deal with. The website was never updated properly so I didn’t know when it was coming, there was no contact number so I had to email and wait. Was called by one of them to tell they didn’t deliver to my address and I had to pick it up in the nearest town. Then on the day of the delivery a guy rocked up at my house (I live in a closed up fenced farm), entered my yard and placed the mattress in a very poorly handled cardboard package and had to find me afterwards to be left out through the closed gate. No one called me to let me know about this change or this person coming to my house so I got quite frightened. Never buying this mattress again even though the quality of the product isn’t the problem.
