I was sceptical at first, however I wake with no neck, hip or back pain whatsoever. Would recommend.

Mattress is good
Mattress is good, glad I can sleep without my partners movement waking me up. Mattress is harder then I expected we did need to buy a mattress topper.
What I didn't like was the delivery. It took 2 weeks over the expected delivery date to recieve my Mattress and only then because I went to pick it up at a location. They initially lost it then wouldn't deliver it for quite a while unless I picked it up.

Poor customer service.
Happy with the mattress topper I purchased.
But the customer service was terrible.
Phone calls not answered and messages not replied to. Live chat informed me twice that my request would be marked urgent. Still waiting.

Great Mattress of excellent quality.
Easy to order. I have bought 3 of their mattresses now. They are fantastic. So comfortable. This is one of those products that exceed what you expect, and that's hard to come by these days. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best mattress for a good night sleep. I wake up with no pain. Might be firm for some but can be complemented by a mattress topper.
