Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast, customer service was excellent and the dehumidifier is a game changer for me. So glad I don’t have to worry about mould growing on my belongings. It is very portable and is easy to wheel around on wooden floor boards. It’s compact and doesn’t take up too much room. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Many thanks for your positive feedback! We are delighted the dehumidifier keeps mould away and that you appreciate its portable, compact design with easy‑roll wheels. Hope it continues serving you well.
Quality
Delivery was very fast, but the mattress quality does not seem to fully match the description online. I have been sleeping on it for just over two weeks and have found it quite uncomfortable.
Firstly, there is very little support around the edges of the mattress, and when sitting on the side it feels like you could easily slide off. The firmness also does not feel consistent with the product description, and I cannot really notice the different levels of support across the various zones.
I will continue trying it for a little longer, but I may need to contact Newentor to request a mattress topper if the comfort does not improve.

Thanks for your honest review. We’re disappointed to know the mattress hasn’t worked well for you regarding edge support and zoned comfort.
Mattresses often need more time to break‑in. Please message our support if discomfort continues, we will discuss possible solutions for you.

Great bed, fast delivery I'm happy.…
Super fast delivery and we live in semi regional NSW. Communication was excellent. The bed itself came out of the box in the morning and we slept on it that night. I used to be a plush mattress fan but this hybrid mattress is so comfy, I sleep more soundly then I think I ever have. Good support, the right amount of soft and it didn't smell like plastic. Love it.
