I had a problem with the documents that came in my newly named package, one I didn’t realize until I printed them off. I learned my new last name was spelled wrong. I sent an email, not expecting any response for a couple of days, since the day before was Thanksgiving. But I was pleasantly surprised when Marielle responded within hours that day and completely resolved it with no issues. I was so impressed by her that I went directly to the rate your experience button at the bottom of the page, something I never do. Marielle and the newly named team make life so easy, and they do it all with such joy and pleasure that you can feel it in the emails they send. Thank you so much for making this stressful process so much easier.

Marielle was not only extremely helpful with getting my problem resolved but was also quick to respond and treated me with kindness altogether. Whenever I got married, I was gifted a NewlyNamed box and it was the best gift I could've received so I was passing that gift onwards to a friend. After my amazing customer service experience I just had, I will continue to gift these boxes to all future brides!

This process is perfectly laid out and has taken so much stress off my plate. I even decided I wanted to change my name to something different than what I originally listed when I bought the package, and was so worried I wouldn't be able to get new forms - but Marielle was so kind and made it so easy, it was such a huge relief.

Best service ever! First, I love that all the research is done and I’ve had such a smooth transition in changing my last name after getting married. But it just got better because some of my info changed after already purchasing this service and completing some of the steps so I thought I might have to re-purchase to update my info but when I inquired to see if there’s anything they could do, Marielle responded so quickly and kindly and helped me update it so I didn’t have to purchase again.
