Honestly disappointed.. I paid almost an extra $50 for shipping to get the parts in time for my maintenance appointment and one of the important pieces didn’t arrive until two days after the expected delivery date

We reviewed your order from May 16, which was delivered on May 20, and we see it contained a vacuum pump with a shipping cost of $11. We tried to look for any other orders under your details to see if a separate package or an expedited shipping fee accounted for the $50 you mentioned, but we were unable to locate any additional orders.

Very dishonest company.
They send me defective A/C Compressor. NewParts charged me additional $125.00 for replacement part which under their own warrant policy should have been free part exchange.
In addition, they refused to compensate me additional $795.00 I paid to replace defective part they send me installed on may car. Denso part manufacturer also refused to compensate stating that NewParts is not authorized reseller for Denso parts.
Before I placed my order I asked about the warranty but NewParts failed to disclose that they are not authorized reseller for Denso car parts. NewParts is traying to make a sale by any means.
Very dishonest company.
