Effettuato ordine il 14 ottobre, e ricevuto il prodotto oggi a distanza di 40 gg circa. Scritto più volte al servizio clienti il quale mi ha sempre dato riscontro. A causa di questi tempi di consegna lunghi pensavo non sarebbe più arrivata ma ora sono pienamente soddisfatta della mia Smart TV Xiaomi da 32 pollici, bellissima e ad un prezzo veramente vantaggiosissimo (il migliore del web). Not recommended, took a month and a half to receive the product and the package was completely destroyed from the bottom.
Went you do the payment it says all taxes and fees are included, what it doesn't say is that are ONLY included in the European Union, so if you send the item to UK you need to pay an extra fee, in my case was near 25% of the value, I feel scammed, never again.

Des voleurs,des saletés... HONTEUX CE SITE !!!!! ...je suis en train de monter un dossier avec ma banque.COMMANDE CREDITÉE LE 20/10/21 et jamais eu le produit ...Ne répond pas aux mails. Je porte plainte pour fraude arnaque et vol d'une somme de 107 €.....

Acquisto ad un prezzo interessante 3 TV 32 pollici xiaomi il 17 ottobre.
Sul sito c'è scritto.. consegna in 5 giorni.
Bene, oggi è il 6 novembre. E per loro stessa ammissione la merce ancora non è stata spedita.
L'ultima scusa addotta è che "la merce è pronta ma il corriere non passa a prenderla". Inammissibile.
Valuto con una sola stella solo perché non se ne può dare di meno.
A questo punto, mi auguro almeno che la merce prima o poi arrivi e che sia funzionante.
Poco corretti e poco trasparenti.

Awful experience. Package arrived in bad condition and parts inside broken. Noone took responsibility and I am the one who has thrown away the money.

Fatto ordine il 12 ottobre ad 3 novembre nulla, esistono? questa è la mia domanda spero di sbagliarmi.

This is honestly the worst website I've ever ordered from. Almost 20 days after ordering and my item shows no signs of being dispatched. I emailed them and they told me that they were waiting for the courier to come and collect it - 9 days ago. Couriers come every day. Now they are ignoring my requests for a refund. Disgusting business practices, should be shut down.

I ordered a chest freezer, no email confirmation nor text, if nothing by Monday, I shall involve the police

This Is A scam! My Credit Card details were stolen and they sent all the Money to an anonymous hotel.

I ordered 2 items from them. Store pages were quite slow and it was bit difficult to find actual products. Payment were ok and their promised (on delivery details) to ship in 10 days. It took 18 days until shipment left with no communication whatsoever. Shipment itself came in ok time. Only that first item (hood for kitchen) was delivered upside down even big big arrows on side of the package how it should be orientated, but luckily, glass stuff was still ok (thanks to Bosch Home Appliance good packing system). Other item i ordered was iPhone7/8 screen protector. I received iPhone7/8 PLUS screen protector thus it was too big for my phone. Then started very odd pingpong emailing with their customer serivce where they claimed i ordered this (and yes, based on their product description i ordered iPhone7/8 protector) even it was a PLUS model. Then they say it will fit if i cut it (!!!) in right size. Tempered glass!!! Then i could return it ... but in my expense! Ok, stopped emailing as noticed it was nonsense. Would not recommend even prices are ok.

je commande une imprimante le 14/08, le débit est immédiat mais la commande est traité le 01/09! pour être annulée le 04/09!!! ils ont bien évidemment garder mon argent tout ce temps et je suis encore en attente de remboursment. A fuir comme la peste
