Newton are great Factors, Amanda is our best Kingsley Court property manager!
Amanda our Kingsley Court Property Manager, respects our email feedbacks or requests whenever I bring up an issue on site for maintenance or repair . Her responses are timely, her actions to mitigate problems are accurate!
I value the way ourcNewton Properly Manager Amanda has established a working relationship with the residents and owners / landlords which makes her very approachable, supportive and helpful.
Because of her very valuable Factoring background from APL and furtback and her timely communication skills and approachable friendly manners, I am very pleased to cooperate with her to continue to raise any site issues without fear of rejection but solely to improve the quality of life at the Kingsley Court.
We are very lucky to have Newton and our skilled Property Manager Amanda’s continued support and timely attention to issues at the Kingsley Court , Aberdeen Scotland .

***AVOID***** Complaint ongoing since August 2024. Despite me constantly chasing I am no further forward. Electricity bills constantly incorrect. Charges for cleaning etc duplicated on invoices. Historic bills appearing on invoices years later. Incorrect billing for the number of flats in the block. I have not had one invoice from them in years that is actually correct. I could go on and on. I have not spoken to one person who has received any type of service from this company never mind a good experience. If you read the bad reviews it's the same thing over and over again. The rating for this company is not correct trust me.

Brandon was excellent! I emailed over the weekend and the issue was sorted with the drains on Monday. I forget to email back about the indoor issues and he chased this up promptly with me in order to get the issue sorted. I felt supported and listened to. 5* service and asset to any company! Efficient and Professional Service
I cannot fault the efficient and professional service provided by June at Newton Property Services when my property had a badly blocked drain which if left unattended, would have caused a major sewage issue. A contractor appeared at my property within an hour after I lodged my concerns and June kept me updated on progress both by email and telephone calls.

Difficulty logging onto online Forum
I was having difficulty getting onto the online Forum for our development, and after mentioning it to our Property Manager at our AGM, I quickly received a telephone call from Rhea, a bright and friendly Property support person who advised me what to do. She promised an email would be sent with instructions. I received it immediately and have now successfully logged on.
I am delighted with my response from Newton and that they have such a lovely & efficient person dealing with their customers!
