I have lived at Delacy Court Belmont for 13 years now we were in need of a more practical home because of my wife's health.i have found the ideal place.The development is well kept with all the facilities and a communal garden the residents benefit from. Susan our development manager is always helpful and friendly and has the residents interests at heart all in all it was a good move and a happy one.one final thing I find it important that living in a development like this for the residents to integrate as it makes for a good atmosphere

Excellent response to my Log In issues provided by Ellie Tucker at First Port.

Ellie successfully dealt with my tech issues within minutes, a super effort.

There is no doubt that in the two years Angela Kemp has been our Manager here at Catton Court, she has been a real benifit to our commumity. nothing is too much trouble and has introduce several new things eg. a birthday card rack.

Mike is very obliging.
He has settled into his role here with little site knowledge but has taken to it well.
I'm sure he will be an asset to our community .

Shirley is always helpful and cheerful both to Mum and us (family). Nothing is too much trouble.

If you can avoid Firstport, AVOID

The garage shutter broken for 15 months
last update relevant dept is sorting it out. The reserve funds another £41000
plus health and safety £17500. No proof
for either sent email to associate director for answer's still waiting. We all
know fp lost over 20million. I guess by
Sticking extra money reserve account it
makes there books look good. What a company can't even fix a shutter for 15 months if there are major issues can fp deal with it .Only thing the relevant dept
and titles no clue useless company.
Provide proof if fp are not hiding anything.

Quite simply the worst organisation I've ever had the misfortune to deal with

Qudus at the three waters was absolutely amazing. Really helpful and answered all our questions

Tracey Darcy is an excellent manager. She is always very friendly, approachable and helpful. She sorts out issues for residents and keeps everyone informed when contractors are in the building or if there are any issues that need addressing. She organises events which contribute greatly to the social life of the development and is very important, especially to the more elderly residents. She helps to create the welcoming atmosphere in Collingwood Court is a great asset to Firstport.

Been requesting end of year account details for over 9 months .NOTHING !!
They spend our money but aren't transparent about sharing where it goes .
Contacted local MP to try and get some answers as this company has no respect for residents .

Tracy is lovely and very helpful, its very reassuring to know that Mum is in safe hands

1. Currently waiting for our lift to be repaired it’s been 1 year since it was first reported
2. Front door main entrance door reported last Sunday to out of hours tel no and was told they couldn’t send someone out even though it was a health and safety issue?
Today we cannot open the door( fire door)
Our property manager and his manager were aware of the lift and door when they attended a meeting at Merrill house and noted all the issues.
It’s now nearly November and we have the same issues?
I would advise anyone using Firstport to consider moving to a more reputable company that will actually take your money and react to issues which is something that Firstport are unable to do.
I’ve given them 1 star but believe me they are not even that good.

Angela is always caring, cheerful and helpful.

My mum speaks very highly of you and you’re always really helpful and friendly.

Poor Service – Stay Away

Very disappointing experience with FirstPort. I chased them for months about rubbish left outside the bin store, creating a potential safety hazard. My young son nearly tripped, yet progress and communication remained poor. I even had to include the CEO in my complaint emails to get attention. There was no Property Manager assigned for months, leaving residents without proper management. Despite repeated chasing, resolving the issue took far too much time and effort. Based on my experience, I would advise others to avoid using FirstPort. Residents deserve much better.

Ive always found that Clare is always helpful & friendly, nothing seems too much trouble. I appreciate the personal help she gave me when i fell.
