Very helpful and always trying new ideas to get residents to mix together

The Maltings is in very pleasant surroundings. The manager Shirley is very good, very friendly and kind, works hard and goes above and beyond, always prepared to go the extra mile

My mother has lived in Benstede court for over 20 years .. she loved mixing and participating in all the events .. now shes unable to leave her apartment she still receives all the news letters and information about activities which she enjoys reading. The manager at Benstede Caroline is extremely helpful and goes far beyond her remit to support and help not only the people who live there but their families too. I can’t praise her enough. The communal rooms and hallways are always kept clean and tidy..

Over the years we have had some variable experiences with your company. I would say you have generally been slow to react and not good at keeping us informed. However, our last two managers have been very good. This has improved our overall experience. Our current manager is excellent, looking after the building and residents in a caring and.efficient manner. He is a benefit to both you and us!

On arrival at Sheraton close Madeliene quickly restored confidence by bringing the budget back under control, we all felt we could relax about it. Madeliene is always friendly and polite yet professional, this approach is greatly appreciated. She regularly works outside her work hours to get issues resolved in a timely manner.

Lovely place to live and Madeline is very helpful and it's good to know she is there for support

Tracey (the manager) is very friendly and goes above and beyond to look after the residents, even out of office hours. She does more for the residents, including entertainment afternoons/evenings, and festive decorations, than in other retirement settings.

Problems are dealt with as quickly as possible and where necessary updates are issued..

Our development manager is approachable, friendly and very helpful. Her door is always open if we need to report a problem or need help with official paperwork etc.

When we came home from holiday she helped bring our stuff in and nothing is too much trouble.

First Port Retirement Help is totally mis named Retirement Helpless would be more appropriate. They take ages to reply, do mot read the email you sent them and seem totallyu interested in helping elderly residents

Becky is very approachable and always has time to listen to any concerns/suggestions.
Becky clearly enjoys interacting with the Residents and Guests.
It's great that she holds regular meetings with the Residents where she shares updates.

You are a kind, caring person and although you are the buildings manager and not supposed to be in a caring role, you are always willing to help and support the residents.

We've had no problems to personally report on. Just good to know someone available to talk or help when needed.

Caring, trustworthy and above all always has a smile and will sort any problem out. Becky is the best.

The Manager is always very friendly, professional and helpful.
Since I moved into the development back in April ' I have been made to feel very welcome.
I am very happy in my Apartment and the Development Manager provides us with lots of Social Activities if we wish to join in.
Always Available when needed and makes time for us all.
She does a fantastic job of looking after the development and keeping it well maintained.

Shane has been the best Manager at Warminger Court since we have lived here over the last 8 years.
If you have a problem, he will always try to help sort it out.

I only live here for a few months each year, so I don’t know much, but I can see that Tracy is very hardworking and responsible.

Becky is always available to help when needed, always has time to say hello, is friendly and polite at all times.

Becky is always ready to help on whatever crops up, if she can help then she will. She is always friendly and happy, makes us feel happy after seeing her. I think Becky is very much liked and appreciated by everyone here at Baker Mews.
