Caring, trustworthy and above all always has a smile and will sort any problem out. Becky is the best.

The Manager is always very friendly, professional and helpful.
Since I moved into the development back in April ' I have been made to feel very welcome.
I am very happy in my Apartment and the Development Manager provides us with lots of Social Activities if we wish to join in.
Always Available when needed and makes time for us all.
She does a fantastic job of looking after the development and keeping it well maintained.

Shane has been the best Manager at Warminger Court since we have lived here over the last 8 years.
If you have a problem, he will always try to help sort it out.

Becky is always ready to help on whatever crops up, if she can help then she will. She is always friendly and happy, makes us feel happy after seeing her. I think Becky is very much liked and appreciated by everyone here at Baker Mews.

You have been instrumental in my mum transitioning to life at The Maltings. You go above and beyond for the residents and social interactions and environment that you have created are exceptional

You are always approachable friendly and always smile even though at times it must be diificult

The Maltings residents are very fortunate to have this cheerful and helpful lady living with us. Please don't hesitate to tell us, Shirley, if you need anything to help you stay in the job as long as possible!

Very helpful and efficient in keeping the residents well informed about any upcoming works. A friendly face around the building and gets things sorted very quickly. It’s lovely to have a manager who really cares.

This company collected 6-monthly service charges and ground rent but delivered zero services. They billed on the day due but literally did nothing service wise either inside or outside the flat complex. They have now left their position of management company for our complex, with no advance warning plus I have received no official letter advising me of this change. They still have all my service charges for this year +£1100 and have ignored my requested for any refund. Dreadful company.

I’ve been having a problem with accessing my TV channels our lovely manger Tina sorted everything for me. My channels are up and running very delighted,excellent service

This review is really for Lynn Towler from Kings Hall, Worthing. She is an exceptional manager who goes above and beyond for the residents. She is always happy to help in whatever capacity and is cheerful as well as empathetic. She has an excellent understanding of her clients individual needs and is always warm, supportive and helpful. We are very grateful to her for all of her hard work at Kings Hall.

We have a development manager who's only interest is getting to the beach. He's like a "rat up a drainpipe" at 4.00pm on a Friday and does not return until late Sunday. It is a waste of time and our money to consider him RESIDENT. We pay for his two bed flat and all it's maintenance, yet he has no interest in our welfare at all.
The work he does could easily be done by a part timer and save us a fortune.

It is a shame that FirstPort management is completely ignoring the most of the most vulnerable.

There is no way to reach customerservice. Every time you press one of their numbers, it will announce that it’s transferring to customerservice and will disconnect your call.

If you try to raise a service request as a customer, your service request don’t get answered and get closed.

We have a service request that we have opened a few times and I’m trying to follow up on.

It is for priority service registration, so that the most vulnerable and elderly person living in the apartment can get timely support.

The entire process to get this organized has taken more than several weeks and still pending as there has been no updates or away to connect with human.
