Reported to FCA and FSCS. This company will cease to trade soon. Do not pay them. I told them they had no grounds to expect money from me and to take me to court, have plenty of evidence of their "contract" breaches. Spoken with legal representatives and they have nothing. Block them and walk away. Scammers

Just finished level 3, great course, you can learn from home and when you ready you go in to center where you get further guidance and practical knowledge before you do your exams.
The learning materials are well put together, you can watch the videos many times until you fully understand.
Would recommend this course.

DO NOT SIGN UP!!! You get sold an absolute dream with this company! So many Lies its unbelievable!

They tell you, your NVQ assessment will be around you area or a surrounding Area, i live in Birmingham and the keep sending me to Sunderland. They tell you you can do the three weeks NVQ assessment in small parts but now say you have to takes 3 weeks off work and do it a one time!

The training material, such as the books and CDs are SOOOOOOO out dated they don't work on new PC's, I mean it tells you to save your work to a floppy disc.

The support team are rude and provide no help!

They are just after your money!! I hope people read this so you can save yourself thousands! GO with someones else Save your money!!

Rude services..they need to find someone who help to student.. second times they argued with me. Even The lady didn’t listen to me :(. She just argued without finishing my conversation. Unfortunately I paid them and I need to work with them

Really happy with this course has worked around me perfectly being Self-Employed I can pick up whenever and wherever I can. The centres are great, everyone there knows what they’re doing and the exam preparation makes taking the exams 10* less stressful. Even gave me a extension due to covid delays. Would say their courses are not for those who need to be spoon fed lot of independent learning, you get what you put in and that won’t suit everyone but suited me perfectly.

You get scammed. Currently trapped paying £180 a month for a course I no longer wish to do and will be paying it for 4 years. They are very rude people to deal with and seem to take pleasure in the fact they are ripping people off. Stay the hell away!

I needed knowledge and skills and I have acquired them with my studies. Perfection will come with more work in the field, that is how it is!

Initially while signing up great enthusiasm from the sales person to sell off the course. Besides the course material, everything is self learning. Easily done by yourself by any Youtube channel than paying them money. NO PRACTICAL COURSE WORK for ELECTRICALS??? STAY AWAY.

I have spend the last 6 months doing my practical exams for my plumbing and heating course, the tutors are very knowledgeable and very easy to approach for any help and guidance. I now nearly come to the end of my level 2 and I have found my experience at the ERR centre in Wolverhampton very enjoyable so far and look forward to be going back to to do my site assessment!

I signed up with NTC just after lockdown and have been great with providing me with the resources to achieve my qualifications.

I have started my electrical qualifications with new trade career. all good in beginning ,and then a bit of unorganised but after a good conversation( Sheriffa was her name ,exellent), achievable one , come againg to standard i belive was because of covid19
But yeah at the moment doing the level 3 !

College is well equipped for your needs, the tutors are knowledgeable on the phone/email or face to face. Office staff very helpful as well. As its an adult course, and you are very much left to create a study timetable for yourself. I feel if you are comfortable to drive yourself to study then this form of training is for you.

I have no problem with New Trades Career, I'm currently a plumbing student and I find the course very helpful. The tutor is very helpful, when I have a problem or don't understand something about the course he explained to me clearly. When it is time for my practical class I have no problem getting booked, as soon as I complete my Tutor mark assessment (TMA). Practical sessions are rewarding, I learn alot and I enjoy it.

I’m really enjoying learning the in’s and out’s of being a plumber everyone from the college both practical customer service and my tutors have been amazing answering all my questions and always have time to show me my practical when it’s been needed.

Over all the course is well structured and give me the opportunity to learn as I work full time and looking after my family, also the practical sessions are very helpful and give me the confidence that I can do what I have learned.
The tutors and teachers are very knowledgeable and all the information that they know ,they passed onto the students and take their time to explain anything that I’ve ask. I almost finish level 2 plumbing course and I’m looking forward to start level 3. I can’t thank anyone enough for all the support they showing me.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! They will happily taken for money and provide you with 0 service!! I haven’t heard from them since lock down and have been told I’m on a waiting list to book my practical this has been over two years!

The are charging you £7,000 for 4 text books , they play on peoples circumstances that are trying to better themselves, go to college!!! Your not getting anything for your money , if I could give them 0 starts I would , we are £7,000 lighter for absolutely nothing

Don't trust them, scammers,i was lied and now i need to pay them for something which they can't provide! Be careful guys, check triple times when you want to do something for your future!

this company will scam you into paying a monthly standing order to a finance company that they are linked to. There use various ploys so that they can prevent you from gaining any of the qualifications they claim you can receive, and they do it in such a way that in the eyes of the law they are doing nothing wrong.

NTC are an umbrella company owned by green360, they have owned similar companies in the past that are now dissolved. NTC will soon be dissolved and they will continue to scam people with another umbrella company.

Scam , they sign contracts with for 7.5k to train me as plumber but nothing happened!!!
I got debt 7.5k and my credit history is really bad as I couldn't pay !!
Now I don't know we can take this company to court !
They take loan on your name from finance company!!
Please don't sign this course !!
Would better if get together and take them in court!
