I have the opportunity to take the course in Spanish also the information provided is useful; however the presentations could be improved by making them more concise and easier to follow

Program got stuck. Had to cancel.
I was only about an hour into the course when it got stuck. It told me I completed the section, but no matter what I tried, it wouldn't progress me to the next section. Customer Service was no help. They couldn't bump it or whatever to force it to continue, so I requested a refund. They didn't refund me the whole amount. I found another site and was able to successfully complete the course without having to take those tricky questions you need to answer correctly or pay extra to retake it.
