Hassle free, good sofa, delivered as promised and delivery men were quick and polite.

After a bad experience as a result of purchasing a sofa, which was wrapped in packaging. The delivery team stated that it wouldnt fit through my standard front door and left with the sofa. I contacted Next Day Sofas to ask advice about a sofa I was interested in. I was informed that although the sofa came packaged, it accommodated the delivery. I bought the sofa bed version at a much dearer price. The manager rung me back to advice that this particular sofa came in tact in the packaging, after me having the bad experience, even though the sofa which I was originally interested in was cheaper. The difference in price was immediately refunded to my accout. Thank you so much for your help and support. I want to reiterate what I said over the phone. I only wish that I could let your superior know how your advice was so beneficial to me. Once again, thank you so much for helping me today.

I bought a sofa from this company and it arrived as described however once sitting on the sofa i found that it wasn't very comfy and it my opinion, not very well made.

I called to follow the returns process and they are clear that we would have to organise ourselves through a courier company to return the sofa. This is all at a cost to me & then once the sofa is back they would refund in full.

I followed this procedure and booked a courier company to collect. The sofa left my house in perfect condition and days later i received an email from next day sofas to say the sofa was damaged on delivery to them.

I followed the correct procedure to speak to the courier company to get compensation and they confirmed that the sofa was signed off by Hayley at next day sofas and the sofa was in good condition.

I then had to speak with Lee Burridge who is the manager over at next day sofas and he would not give a full refund because he said the legs should of been taken off.

Even though i provided the confirmation slip that the sofa was delivered with no damage and signed off by their warehouse staff, Lee still wouldn't give a full refund.

I am no over £300 out of pocket and no sofa.

Do not use this company.

Good communication prior to delivery. Two gents very helpful on delivery. Ensured chair was in working order.

Perhaps automatic removal of cardboard box would be preferable.

This is a wonderful sofa. There was only a bit of misunderstanding about the time that it was going to arrive. I was under the impression that it comes a couple of days later. I would be quite happy if they told me at the beginning that it takes a few weeks. But when it arrived, it was lovely.

I received a phone call after I placed my order to say my chair would be delivered the next day.
I had a slight issue and it was sorted straight away. Top marks for customer service.

Unfortunately not the lush snuggly sofa I’d hoped but it will be fine and quality looking at is is good.
Delivery was a little unsure. You’re told it will be within a certain period then you get a text saying the sofa is with their agents, then a text saying they’re going to deliver it on a certain day and within a time slot. I didn’t look to change it so don’t know how easy it would be.
The delivery guys were very nice and helpful and took away all the rubbish. All done in 10mins. Would I buy the sofa again, possibly, but I wouldn’t buy it as my main household sofa as it’s too firm for me.

Excellent quality great communication. I didn't read the description properly i thought the ottoman pieces would attach to the main sofa and they don't also its a lot firmer that i'd hoped

Very prompt delivery, and chair was as described - just what we wanted

Contacted customer service making my purchase and had all my questions answered. Very helpful and delivery was as expected. Chair was well packed and protected. It definitely needs two people to assemble.

Wentworth black riser recliner, I'm only 5'5" and the chair is too small, the leg rest only comes halfway down my calves and is uncomfortable, there's no head or neck support, why is it so small? It's OK for short periods but simply not room enough for a small adult to spend much time in and I'd purchased for my mum to convaless in.
Please make bigger chairs, people are not all short.
Update - company replied saying 6' man fits fine etc and measurements available. I bought the largest chair available and it was for soneone coming out if hospiyrlal so was needed with no time to pay a lot more money to return it. You absolutely do not fit the chair at 6', I've put my 6' father in it and his head heck and legs are all overhanging in ridiculous fashion leaving unsupported areas and pressure points.

Although we returned our sofas as found not to be suitable for us size wise i wanted to leave a review about how trustworthy & amazing this company is. Never used them before & was slightly apprehensive at first as had never heard of them. However every time i called each agent would thoroughly deal with my query & provide excellent customer service. Each time i emailed i would always receive a response same day or next day at latest & would be to my satisfaction. We arranged the return & there was no fuss & just a smooth process on their side & staff very helpful. I would 100% recommend this company & would use them in the future. Trustworthy, reliable & excellent customer service.

I ordered my sofas on the Sunday and they were delivered on Thursday. I am very impressed with the service and the delivery people were very helpful and pleasant.

The delivery was as iwas told every thing happened as explained efficient delivery and it all went to the time scale out laid the chair is of good quality and I am happy with everything

I ordered the corner sofa with recliner seats and it is sturdy comfy and doing real well 6 months on. Good value for the money. Do be aware that these are sofas in a box as others have explained. If you are expecting sthg really special it will cost 2 or 3 times as much and you will have to wait several months. Order patch swatches to make sure the colour is right. The 'cream' is what I consider caramel. I later discovered that at this price point all the 'cream' sofas are 'caramel'. For fancy specific colours you will need to go 'bespoke' and spend a lot more. I got throws to put over it and it all worked out fine. Just an aside (not about the company) if you have or might consider getting pets - do not buy a leather/ leather effect sofa. You will need many layers of throws to protect leather from claws. The packaging is not taken away by the delivery team and there is a lot of it. Disposing the packaging is ideally a two person job. Elderly/ disabled and (some) solo females will need a second pair of hands for a big sofa delivery. Returns are too complex to consider. Ultimately this is a decent honest company trying to keep prices low.
