Ordered over phone, nice person who delt with me

I have just taken delivery of my new corner sofa. I can honestly say I am delighted with it, very good looking and extra comfortable. Service was excellent. Throughout the process Lee kept me informed of progress. There was some delay, but totally out of the hands of the supplier. My only minor gripe and it is minor was that I was disappointed that they didn't take the packaging away.

Ordered a Sofa in a box and it’s absolutely perfect for the space that we need it for, it’s also very comfortable with great support. The ordering process was very easy and the delivery was super speedy and I was kept informed every step of the way. Will definitely buy another Sofa from Next.

Easy transaction from start to finish, great communication, had a problem with my card and they rang and completed the transaction the next day. The chair was just as it appeared online, very pleased with it.

Delivery time was quick. But upon opening the package, the legs of the chair were scuffled, paint had come off on all the legs and there was a screw missing too.

Turned up on time, were polite and put the chairs together in no time

Must've been first drop off, arrived to assemble sofa at 7am on a Saturday, with a 7-10am time slot. Done and dusted in less than 15 minutes. We opted for the free delivery and assembly and was delivered after a week. 5 star.

I bought a Chesterfield 3 seater from here a few months ago I have to honestly say it is the most uncomfortable sofa I have had in my life.
Thought we would get used to it but not the case.
Also it is not all leather don't be fooled read the small print.
On the plus side the service was excellent .(Shame the Sofa didn't match)

Very pleased with our comfy little sofa. We had seen the same sofa on a very well known department store's web site, same size and colour, priced £100/£200 more depending on chosen fabric, and 15 week delivery, so this was a bargain and 3 day delivery to front door.

The service was excellent and my reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that the colour of the chair was not what I expected as it had been described as cream but is actually more beige than cream.

The delivery of the leather recliner chair was within the 10 days delivery time stated and delivered and handled professionally.
